This session includes five minutes of bedtime affirmations around gratitude for the day and calling in a peaceful, restorative night of sleep. This meditation will help you quiet the mind, calm the body, and prepare yourself for a nourishing night of sleep. It will help you let go of anything from the day so that you can easily drift off into sleep. It then includes nine hours of sleep music to help relax the mind and body, and allow you to have a long, restful, uninterrupted night of sleep. I wish you a deep, nourishing night of sleep.
