My beautiful friend.

Today's practice is dedicated to surrendering.

Today's practice is for you to drift into the stillness of your own breath.

Let us begin.

Allow yourself to find comfort on the surface in which you placed yourself,

And allow yourself to take a breath.

Surrender.

Allow yourself to take a breath and just be fluid,

Alive,

And grateful.

Settle your body.

Settle your toes.

Flex the toes and release.

Settle your fingers.

Flex and release.

Breathe.

Inhale and expand awareness.

Exhale,

Release into awareness.

Allow yourself to settle even 10% more into the surface in which you've placed yourself.

Breathe.

Slowly allow the breath to take over the thinking.

Allowing the thoughts to surrender.

Allowing the body to surrender.

Allowing your presence to surrender to now.

Breathe.

Placing the awareness and the attention on the breath and only on the breath.

Stepping into one.

Step one.

Allowing the heart to be seen.

Step forward.

Allowing step one to win.

Allowing to admit to the silence.

This present moment.

Admit to being.

Admit to stillness with every breath.

Allowing admission.

Admit to stillness and allow the being into powerless.

All entirety.

Every breath powerless.

In this present moment.

Breathe.

Emptying into nothingness.

Quieting the mind.

Letting go.

The breath moves in and out effortlessly.

Over and below.

Habits fall away effortlessly.

Life living in the now with your breath.

Breathe.

Breathe in to become more of you.

Letting go.

Allow the unmanageable life.

Your breath is the depth.

Your breath is the depth and relieves obsession.

True connection.

Breathe into the soles of your feet.

Connecting.

Breathe into the soles of the feet to the top of your head.

Changing.

Breathe into the soles of your feet to the top of your head.

Changing the grip.

Let go.

Step.

One.
