Welcome.
Allow yourself to settle.
Welcome to the practice.
Go ahead and close your eyes and just follow my voice as you breathe naturally within yourself.
Taking an inhale and an exhale.
Calming down your mind,
Slowing down your thoughts,
Settling into yourself.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Notice the air in the room.
Notice any sound in the room.
Inhaling and exhaling naturally.
And on this next breath,
Go ahead and move your thoughts deep within to the center of your mind.
Underneath,
Into the amygdala.
Shutting down the frontal lobe.
Giving it a break.
Taking an inhale and an exhale.
Noticing the colors within the amygdala.
Noticing the vibrancy.
Inhale and exhale.
Slowly on this next inhale,
Letting go of any tension in your neck.
Gently,
Slowly lower your neck as if your chin is just gonna fall gracefully down to your belly.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling your neck back up to center.
Exhaling,
Letting go.
On your next inhale,
Just drop down into your heart.
Feeling it.
Noticing the temperature.
Noticing the colors.
Inhaling and exhaling.
On your next inhale,
Just imagine a little tiny thread,
A golden thread.
A piece of thread that perhaps your mom may have given you or your grandma might have given you.
That golden thread,
Just wrap it around your heart.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Staying within your heart.
Letting go of any tension.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Holding onto that golden thread and falling down through your midline.
Down into that deep place,
Into the hara.
To that gut,
That place that knows everything.
Inhaling and exhaling.
On your next inhale,
I want you to expand that space.
Almost as if there was a balloon in it.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Noticing the temperature.
Noticing the color.
Looking down at your hand and noticing the golden thread that you still have in it.
And now I want you to take yourself and start spinning yourself with that golden thread like a child might do.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And when that golden thread is all wrapped around you,
Know that everything that you touch is golden and safe.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Go ahead and wiggle your toes for a minute.
Let them know that you're there.
And while you're there,
I want you to ask yourself,
What does it look like to be your best self?
Inhaling and exhaling.
So staying with your breath,
Staying true to yourself.
Notice if there's any resistance.
Let it go.
Invite ease into your life.
Inhaling and exhaling.
On this next inhale,
I'm going to pull the string,
Letting it go.
And as that golden thread disappears,
Find yourself back in your heart.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Holding onto the vision of your best self.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And finding your way back up into your mind,
Where time is slowed down,
Your thoughts have slowed down.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Knowing that vision of your best self.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Allowing the breath to simmer within.
And moving the toes and placing movement into the fingers.
And bringing the hands up to the center of the chest,
Palm to palm kissing,
And bowing your head slightly to yourself.
Thank you for practicing.
Thank you for being your best self.
Namaste.
Bye.
