Welcome.

My name is Lane Kennedy,

And this is a practice of finding presence.

It's a practice of self-love.

Before we begin,

Get comfortable.

You can sit down or lie down.

You can grab a pillow,

A blanket,

An eye mask.

Simply get comfortable.

During our time together,

Listen to my voice,

But listen more carefully to your being,

Your breath,

Your heart.

My voice is a guide to reconnect yourself.

Let us begin.

Take an inhale.

Let it all out.

Let everything go.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Exhaling into your body more deeply with every breath.

Inhale filling yourself.

Exhaling,

Releasing,

And letting go.

Using your eyes and letting your eyes rest.

Letting your eyes roll softly to Buddha eyes.

Gazing into the darkness.

Exhaling and exhaling.

Letting yourself be.

On your next inhale,

Listen for any noises in the room and get familiar with them.

Listen to the sounds beyond the room.

Listen.

Come back to yourself and go within to your heart.

Listen to the sound of your heart now.

Inhaling and exhaling from your heart.

Every breath moves through your heart.

Expanding your heart with every breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Any thoughts that have risen and bubbled to the top,

Let them be.

Let them go.

Inhale and exhale.

On your next inhale,

Push your mind out to the edge of the room.

Letting go of the room that you're in.

Come back to yourself.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

Drop into your heart.

One last time.

Inhaling.

Exhaling letting it go.

Notice the sounds in the room.

Notice the sound of your breath.

Notice how your breath has filled your being.

Inhale.

Exhale.

For the rest of this day,

Be mindful of your breath.

You can come back to it again and again,

Centering yourself.

Inhale and exhale.

Thank you for taking the time today to connect to your being,

Your life,

And to be a better person on this planet.

Namaste.

Short and simple, but very effective in helping calm my mind and reset. Your voice is soft and soothing, and I would highly recommend you do a nighttime meditation, as I could certainly see you helping others to relax before sleep. Thank you and namaste. πŸ™πŸ»
