Thank you for finding me.

Welcome to your practice.

Thank you for being a mother,

However that looks to you.

Today is a special day.

Every day is a special day for a mom.

Let's get into our practice.

Let's breathe together.

Take a moment,

Connecting to ourselves,

For nurturing the heart and the mind,

Integrating the breath and the values of motherhood.

Build strength,

Create greater resilience,

And foster unconditional love.

Take a breath with me here,

Inhale,

And exhale.

And in your quiet place,

Just take a moment to be with yourself.

Repeating in the mind's eye,

I am practicing.

This is your time,

Mama,

Your time,

Celebrating you.

If your eyes have already closed,

Open them up,

Take in your surroundings.

Take it all in.

Take another large breath here,

Inhaling,

And exhaling.

Gently closing your eyes down,

And placing your hands down by your side,

Staying open to the possibilities,

Breathing effortlessly,

Inviting the mind to be quiet,

Preparing yourself for this inner journey,

Connection.

Breathing silently to yourself,

With every breath,

I nourish my body and spirit.

With every breath,

I nourish my body and spirit.

Embracing this intention,

Knowing the truth.

With every breath,

I nourish my body and spirit.

Breathe,

Rest,

Dropping into the heart space,

And drawing your awareness up to the top of your head,

Acknowledging your intellect,

The wisdom of being a mother,

Allowing warmth and appreciation for the wisdom that flows through you,

Releasing the tension with each exhale,

Breathing down,

And allowing that awareness to move down into the eyes,

The eyes which see love and tenderness,

The eyes see the past,

The future,

The eyes,

Soften around the eyes as you breathe in compassion and breathe out gratitude for the vision of the eyes,

And guiding your attention down into the throat,

The channel of expression,

Communication,

Soothing the words and the wisdom from the throat,

Inhaling clarity and exhaling openness,

Appreciating your voice and the power and gentleness that it finds into the throat,

And following down,

Traveling into the heart,

The seat of unconditional love,

And with each inhale,

Draw in this resilience and boundless love you give,

You share,

It's always there,

And with each exhale,

Let go of expectations,

Simply embracing the acceptance and grace of the heart,

The unconditional love from deep within the heart,

And allowing the awareness to cascade down the arms,

Into your hands,

The instruments of care and action,

Acknowledging their tireless work,

Inhaling the strength of the arms and the fingers,

Exhaling the release,

Honoring the support you provide,

Breathe,

And descending down into the womb area,

Whether or not you've given birth,

This sacred space,

A place of creation and deep connection,

Breathing in creativity,

And breathing out this reverence for life's miracles,

The creation that you have in this deep,

Soft,

Sacred space,

Into the womb,

Moving down deeply,

Flowing down through sacred space,

Into the sacrum,

Moving into the right and left hip sockets,

Expansion,

Grounding down through the legs,

Acknowledging your journey,

The miles you've walked,

Inhale stability,

Exhaling mobility,

Knowing that you stand firm and move forward in your life with purpose,

Breathing,

Breathing,

The awareness in the whole body,

Feeling a wave of relaxation washing from the head down to the toes,

Inhaling the sense of wholeness,

Exhale anything that's not needed,

Releasing,

And focusing only on the breath,

Releasing the body,

Feeling the natural ebb and flow,

This effortless movement,

The inhale drawing the values of patience,

Resilience,

This nurturing kindness that's innate to your being,

Exhale,

Releasing self-doubt,

Releasing anything that lingers that's not true,

Breathing,

Knowing you always do your best,

Envision a golden light upon you,

Moving within you,

And with each breath,

This golden light spreads these values through the body,

Expanding,

A soft blue light washes away fatigue,

Washing away fatigue,

Filling you with this peaceful energy,

Vibrant light,

Patience,

The truth of who you are,

And now picture yourself in this beautiful landscape,

This field,

Wide open space,

And allow your vision to change and soften,

Walking on dry,

Cracked desert,

And watching your feet walking on the dry,

Cracked desert,

And as you walk,

It begins to transform into a fertile soil from your presence,

Symbolizing resilience,

Your presence changes this dry,

Cracked desert into this beautiful,

Vibrant,

Fertile soil,

This wide,

Open space begins to sprout,

Walking,

Grasses,

Flowers,

Butterflies flickering,

Birds chirping,

Trees surfacing,

Walking,

Your presence,

Being a mother,

Planting the seeds of life,

Nurturing life,

This interconnected sense of you,

Whispering into the world,

Constantly giving and sharing,

Creating,

Minute by moment by minute,

With every breath,

And the world is open to you and your dreams,

You are capable,

You keep creating,

You keep walking,

Coming back,

Walking through the layers of awareness,

Breathing,

Feeling the body come back into shape,

Landing,

Back into the surface beneath you,

Feeling the heart and the rhythm,

Breathing,

And you have nurtured your body,

Your spirit,

With the breath of your life and the values of motherhood,

Carry your strength,

And the serenity of you,

Embodying the essence of motherhood,
