Come,
Come,
Let me tell you a story.
A story in the hollow of your ear.
One of the stories that the brace of men brings us from the depths of the ages.
Ages that exceed the life of a single human.
A mother,
A grandmother,
It can be maybe a great-grandmother.
And then our memory is exceeded.
We lose the track of our genealogy.
We come from a place so far away from our thoughts that only our hearts can remember.
Our hearts know the presence of the divine.
Our hearts know the quivering of this presence that we call love.
Our hearts are so so so so powerful.
Love is a bubbling water as tranquil,
Devastating as it is elusive.
Love embraces us,
Sets us on fire.
Love lifts us up,
Lifts us up.
The love of a child,
The love of a woman,
The love of a bird,
The love of a teacher,
The love of a lover,
The love of a territory,
The love of the unknown brother,
The love of the blood sister,
The love of living.
Let me tell you the story of love.
Let me tell you the story of love as a divine presence.
Here it is.
Love embraces us.
Our human experiences of love illustrate,
Show the divine dimension of love,
The dimension beyond humans.
What if love was always,
Always already present?
What if love was still here yesterday and tomorrow?
And if love was the opening at the moment?
This,
Yes,
To what it is.
There is in the full presence of my whole being,
My receptive body,
The light of day,
The events laugher,
The breath of your cheek.
Love is a force that transports us,
Transcends us.
Love is an impetus that puts us in front of in front of the human fear of losing,
Of not being enough,
Of not being only.
So I suggest us,
I invite us just to close our eyes if it's not already done and just come and feel our heart from inside.
We can inhale,
Exhale exactly as it is.
You don't have to change.
You are perfect as you are.
In this meditation,
I want you to feel the story of the divine presence when immense power and immense fragility come together to make you feel how much your destiny as a man is made up of a succession of small and large moments.
Just breathe,
Just breathe.
Just stay where you are,
Exactly how you are.
You're perfect as you are.
How delicious it is to occupy the space of the present moment.
How delightful it is to forget this marvel,
To no longer feel the sweetness of slowness,
Of praise,
Of murmur,
Of silence.
Just stay where you are,
As you are.
And this forgetting makes us human.
So I am entrusting you with this story of the divine presence so that you can cultivate the divine presence in your heart,
In your body and then offer it around you.
Oh sweeties,
It's a so huge pleasure for me to share this moment.
Have peace,
Have peace,
Have peace in your heart.
You're perfect perfect as you are.
See you soon.
