I'm very proud and happy to welcome you in this meditation.

I say yes to myself,

Peaceful sleep.

I'm Florence Lamourez and as I'm French,

I do apologize for my mistakes.

I suggest us to explore sleep as letting go of the external world and come to love ourself,

Welcoming us for good.

I suggest you to lie on your bed,

Close your eyes and just say yes to this moment.

Just say yes to this peaceful sleep.

I can observe my mind doing its job,

It sinks and I thank it for that.

I'm grateful for my thoughts.

Yes,

Thank you my mind to do your job,

Thank you.

And I can tell you that I will follow you now and I will answer you tomorrow.

Thank you my mind for my thoughts.

It's time for me to explore my body and also my sensations.

Say yes to a journey,

Say yes to myself.

I'm not what I do,

I'm who I am.

Accept to enter to sacred place of yourself.

I dare to smile to myself,

I dare to welcome me for good.

I dare to see me as a precious human being.

I'm here,

Lying on my bed and that's all.

The invitation is just to feel who I am.

You don't have anything to do,

Just feel your eyes when they are closed,

Your mouth when it's relaxing.

Just feel your head,

Just feel beneath your body.

I accept to come to a journey to myself.

I accept to visit who I am.

I accept to go back to my human being.

There is a secret and rich place inside me.

I can allow myself to visit this place by breathing.

Slowly I become friend to my embrace.

I inhale,

I exhale.

I inhale a cool hair through my nostril and I exhale a warmer hair.

I can become curious,

I can become look like a child.

My eyes are closed but I can see,

I can feel,

I can allow myself to be who I am.

I dare to love how I breathe.

Life is breathing me.

Life is inhaling and exhaling into my body.

I am breathing by the life.

I don't have anything to do.

Just feel me alive,

Just feel my brace.

My brace is existed without my will.

I don't have to sing to brace.

Life is breathing me.

I dare to welcome relaxation of my body,

Relaxation of my face,

Of my eyes,

Of all my body lying down.

And I dare,

Step by step,

Just listening the voice into the dark of the room.

I dare to welcome my life because I'm alive and I can feel it by breathing.

I inhale cool hair.

I slowly come into this sacred place just to feel that I'm little by little relaxing.

I can put a smile on my face and hear and feel and be the sensation I am.

I don't have a body,

I am a body.

And I'm grateful to it.

I'm grateful to myself.

I can authorize myself to be who I am.

I can become a friend to myself.

I dare to welcome relaxation.

I dare to welcome sleep.

Thank you for this sharing.

From the deepest of my heart,

I wish you find peace,

The inner peace which is here.

We can feel inner peace inside ourself.

Just say yes,

Yes to myself as a mantra.

I say yes to myself.

I say yes to myself.

From the deepest of my heart,

I hope I've helped you to find peace and wish you a peaceful night.

See you later.

Thank you.
