Welcome to this morning.

This morning is up to you.

We will wake up gradually by first feeling the weight of our body on the bed,

On the mattress.

Perhaps still covered with the duvet or the sheets.

Feel the back,

The hips,

The legs,

The forehead,

The eyes,

The cheekbones,

The mouth.

I invite you to let come,

To let come a smile.

A small smile,

A big smile,

Open mouth,

Closed mouth,

Such as it's good for you.

And then,

Feeling your weight,

I invite you to stretch out,

Big,

Big,

Big,

Big,

Big.

Like a cat,

You stretch from head to toes,

From toes to fingers.

Yes,

Exactly,

As you want.

Yes,

You stretch all your body,

The whole body stretches,

Stretches,

Stretches.

You can be fully present on this sweet and vibrant morning.

Yes,

It's so good to take the time to be with you.

And with your eyes closed,

I invite you to put your hands on each side of your ribcage.

And as you breathe,

You feel the movement of the ribs.

Right,

To the left,

Forward,

In the back.

Yes,

Life,

Breathe your body.

It's amazing.

Feel with a big breath,

And big exhale.

Yes,

Magic of your body,

Braised by life.

Feel the full presence of lungs swelling,

Swelling,

Swelling.

And then,

I invite you to help yourself with both hands.

I invite you to get up by helping your hands and passing delicately from the side,

And get down.

All force to place the cat back,

Round,

Round,

Round,

Round,

Round.

Your head tucked in towards the feet.

Then,

Up to the dog.

Your head forward,

Eyes to the ceiling,

And back,

Hollow.

And then,

At your own pace,

One's dog,

One's cat,

Just as you feel.

And then,

You will sit down on your feet,

Thoroughly,

And stretch out your arms in front of you,

With infinite tenderness and gentle determination to stretch out your arms in front of you.

And while stretching the shoulders,

Place all the fingers on the eyebrows.

And with presence and delicacy,

Press along the drawing of the eyebrows,

And the same below the eyes.

Press by sliding from the side of the eye to the outside while breathing quietly.

And pressing hands together with firmness and harmony,

Squeezing the palm,

Fingers,

Handle.

What is my intention for today?

Not my to-do list,

My intention.

I want to live more openness,

To feel harmony,

To be quiet,

Whatever happens.

I want to experience joy,

Sharing,

Glisten from the bottom of my heart.

I'm delighted to offer you this awakening.
