I would contribute to help those who face COVID as I am. Meditation is an axis to go through this experience. Even if our energy is so limited by the disease, I wish to share a moment of self-love. Stop fighting the reality and start celebrating our bodies. Please if you agree, share your comments, I am sure it will help

Welcome to this space in which I would like to share my experience in order to contribute to what COVID push us to meet.

I'm Florence Lamore and as I'm French,

I do apologize for the mistakes I can do.

COVID is a very strange experience.

We have to face another type of disease.

I suggest you to lay down as you want on the back or not on your side.

Do not hesitate to move if you need it.

Just when you lie,

Feel,

Improve the weight,

Improve how your bed can welcome you.

Just feel your bed welcoming your body,

Your body without any movement or your body with movement.

There's nothing to do.

Life is breathing us.

Life is breathing through our body,

Even if you feel such as I do yet.

Now,

Fever turns my perception.

Fever drives me to a type of fear.

I really like to contribute to the path we can see.

I suggest you to lie on your bed and feel the weight.

Do not hesitate to move when you need it.

I suggest you to put your hands on your lungs just to feel how you breathe.

Your left hand on the left side,

Your right hand on the right side.

You don't have to modify anything,

Just you have to be.

You just have to inhale and exhale.

Just feel all the air coming through the nose entering your body and exhale getting out your body.

Just become friend to your body who is suffering.

You don't have a body,

You are a body.

It's time for us to stop fighting with the reality.

The reality is the virus.

And give any of your energy to the virus.

Give love to your breath,

Give love to your head,

Give love to your weight,

Give love to your legs,

Give love to your hands.

Give love to your feet.

You can feel all your body part by part.

You can feel your body as a universe.

I suggest you to put a smile on your face,

An inner smile just to see the difference.

I suggest us to stop the fight.

The fever is here.

Do not give wood to the fire of fever.

Love your body who is fighting.

Give tenderness to your own body.

Give tenderness to who you are.

Maybe such as I do,

You can face the fear,

The fear of unknown.

This virus is out of control,

Ok?

Do not try to fight,

Just be confident on your own protection system.

Brace and brace again,

Even if it's small.

It's not a race.

It's a question of becoming friend to ourself.

We can be exhausted as I am.

You understand,

The question is,

Do not add any fight to what you are facing.

Open your eyes or close your eyes as you prefer.

Or maybe you can do one and the other one,

Open and close,

Just to feel pulsation.

Life is pulsation.

Look like inhale,

Exhale,

Night and day.

The one needs the other one.

With your hand you can feel your body.

You can now take your hand,

Your two hands,

And approach it from your mouth and your nose.

And with a lot of tenderness,

Just feel how you brace.

Life is bracing you.

You can be confident.

Life is here.

Life is bracing you.

The fear is a sign of the confidence your body has to life.

It's doing its job.

It's restoring your immunity system.

And that's it.

My experience during this disease is meditation.

It's a huge resource.

I don't search to avoid neither the fear nor the tension.

The fever,

The cold,

No.

Meditation help me to stay with.

Help me to feel somewhere in my body lying a place,

A pleasant and quiet place,

From which I will rescue.

That's what I want to share with you.

There is a place,

Even if you cannot go there for a long time,

You can go there for a few time and go back.

The question is not the duration,

The question is just go to the secret place inside you,

The secret mountains,

Mountain lake,

To feel peaceful and tenderness.

That's it.

There is your strength.

There is your love.

With all my affection,

I hope my voice and my experience will help you to go to your inner place and find the peaceful despite the disease.
