My name is Angela and today I will be guiding you through a quick visit thinking about what you are choosing to do with your time.
Getting down,
Getting into the present moment,
Pulling your attention to your breath as you let yourself be present.
Getting your attention to your breath and letting yourself get very present in this space.
Think about what you choose to do with your time.
What were you doing an hour ago?
What were you doing a few minutes ago?
Several hours ago?
Are those behaviors and actions in alignment with what matters to you,
With what you value,
With where you want to invest your energy and your time?
Have you been putting energy into places or behaviors or people who help bring you a sense of abundance and health and moving towards your goals?
Are you putting your energy into mindless behaviors,
Addictions,
People pleasing?
Just noticing what you've been doing with your time and now pulling your attention towards your breath and letting yourself get very clear about what you would prefer to do with your energy and your time.
Let go for a moment of judgment,
Of expectations,
And start from the place of clear intention to follow it through to live with integrity and dignity.
Your thoughts and feelings and intentions match your actions,
That they match where you're putting your attention and energy.
Being clear in this moment,
Committing to where you will put your attention and energy for today,
That just for today you will do it a bit differently.
As we close this meditation,
Breathing in that intention and exhaling out.
