Lai Tattis is a boddhisattva. (This is true at the *very least* in my mind—and I'd not be surprised if this were true in a more purist sense!) This track, and all her recordings that I've used for help sleeping *and healing*—well, it seems they are the only parts of my life these days, that have helped me find hope and hone my insight—to begin healing. I'm immensely grateful.
