This is amazing. I only listened to it once and last night I listened to the other one for sleep. Today I was in my regular routine of getting a Blondie coffee at my local coffee shop, I tasted it and it was revolting. I am amazed. I know it has tons of sugar and goodies in it but I was so glad that my subconscious is telling me what I need to change. This is changing my life and I’m loving it. Thank you!!
