Good morning,
Beautiful soul.
Welcome to this new day,
A fresh space to meet yourself with honesty,
Compassion and courage.
And if you're listening later in the day,
Let this be a reset,
Because courage is always available.
If you've been telling yourself.
I'm not ready.
Or you've done the affirmations but your body still feels afraid.
This meditation is for you because fear can show up in many ways,
Sometimes as doubts,
Sometimes as hesitation.
Sometimes it's overthinking.
Procrastination.
Even perfectionism.
Or the quiet urge to avoid the very thing your soul is asking you to step toward.
And often we do not realize it is fear that has been holding us back.
So this morning,
You are not here to fight your fear.
You're here to gently see it.
And listen for the message beneath it.
Because fear and courage can exist at the same time.
You can feel afraid and still take the next step.
You can feel uncertain and still trust yourself.
You can notice fear within you and still allow courage to rise.
So let's take a moment to settle.
Find a comfortable position.
Either sitting or lying down.
And gently close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in.
And as you exile.
Allow your body to soften.
Taking another breath in slowly.
And breathe out.
Gently.
Letting your nervous system know.
But in this moment.
You are safe enough to pause.
Safe enough to listen.
And safe enough to come back to yourself.
Take one more deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow your awareness.
To move from the outside world.
Into the quiet space within you.
Now bring your awareness to the surface beneath you.
Feel the way you are being supported.
Held by this moment.
Held by the steady presence within yourself.
Let your shoulders soften.
Relax your jaw.
And let your hands open naturally.
Allow the breath to become a little slower.
Deeper.
A little easier.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
The place within you that knows truth.
That carries wisdom.
A place that knows where courage has always lived.
In this space.
Imagine.
Or sense.
Assaf.
Warm light.
Beginning to glow in the center of your chest.
Soft.
Steady.
Present.
This light is your inner courage.
It does not need to shout.
Will prove itself.
It simply exists.
Quietly.
Patiently.
Waiting for you to remember it is there.
Take a slow breath in.
Be all.
Sense that line.
Gently expand.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to soften into air.
Now gently bring to mind an area of your life where fear may have been present.
It may be a decision.
A conversation.
A change.
A dream.
Perhaps a boundary.
Or even a new beginning.
It could be something you have been avoiding without fully understanding why.
There is no need to judge.
All we are doing is simply allowing it to come into your awareness.
And now instead of pushing this fear away.
Imagine you can sit beside her.
As though this fear is a part of you and has been trying to get your attention.
A part of you that may have been trying to protect you.
A part of you that may have learned long ago.
That's staying safe.
Meant staying small.
The moment you hear what fear is really saying,
It starts to soften.
And from this gentle place within your heart.
You can ask.
What are you trying to protect me from?
Keep breathing gently.
Better words.
Image.
Feeling.
Where a quiet knowing arrives.
Now.
May like to ask what do you need me to understand?
What message have you been carrying for me?
Let whatever comes arrive into your awareness.
It may be a thorn.
A feeling.
And memory.
It could be a word.
A song.
A smell or sound.
Was simply a quiet knowing.
And if nothing clear comes right now.
That's okay.
You are still listening.
You are still creating space.
And opening the doorway within.
Taking a slow deep breath in and as you exhale.
You may like to say this to fear.
Thank you for trying to protect me.
I see you now.
I understand you're not here to stop me.
You are here to show me where courage is needed.
Imagine that warm light in your heart space growing stronger.
This is courage.
Not the absence of fear.
Not the denial of fear.
But the deeper part of you that knows you can move forward.
With love.
Wisdom and trust.
If fear is showing up?
It may be because something important is trying to grow.
And perhaps for a moment.
You can imagine fear.
One side of you.
And courage on the other.
Both present.
Both seen.
By courage now leading the way.
Because you can feel fear and still choose differently.
You can feel uncertain and still take one more step.
You can feel the old pattern and still listen to the deeper truth within you.
Breathing in.
Feel courage rise gently through your body.
Breathing out.
Allowing fear to soften in its presence.
Breathing in.
I can feel fear and still trust myself.
Breathing out.
I can feel uncertain and still move forward.
Breathe in.
Courage is already within me.
Breathe out.
I allow it to leave.
And gently ask yourself,
What would courage choose today?
Perhaps say no.
Say yes.
Begin.
Ask for help.
Perhaps speak your truth.
And now ask yourself,
What is one small brave step I can take today?
Whatever it is,
Let it be now.
You do not need every answer right now.
You only need one brave step,
One honest choice,
One moment where courage leads instead of fear.
And you may like to repeat silently or aloud.
I no longer need to fight my fear.
I allow myself to understand it.
I honor the message beneath it.
Fear may be present,
But it does not have to lead.
Courage is always within me.
I can move forward with fear beside me.
And courage guiding me.
I trust the wisdom of my heart.
I trust the strength within my soul.
Today I choose one brave step.
Well done.
Bringing your awareness back now to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to this new day waiting for you.
Feel the surface beneath you the air around you.
A quiet strength within your heart.
And know these.
You are not weak because fear is present.
You are human.
You are growing.
You are listening,
And courage is not something you have to find outside of yourself.
It has been within you all along.
Take one final deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Gently affirm.
Today I allow courage to lead me.
When you feel ready slowly open your eyes,
You may like to wiggle your fingers and toes and take one easy breath in.
And let it go.
And now you can step into your day with compassion for the fear you've carried and trust in the courage rising within you.
Thank you for being here beautiful soul and remember fear may visit but courage can walk with you.
Have a wonderful day.
