This meditation has been one of my main tools for going alcohol free. It’s great to put on when going to sleep. The only track I actually fall asleep to. I do think it helps reconfigure the brain and work at a subliminal level. I’m amazed how little (almost zero) thoughts of alcohol I’ve had.
