Kyra is a death doula of identity, writer, and artistic alchemist who has often been described as a permission slip to let it belong. She is a guide for souls ready to shed who they think they need to be and come home to who they really are. With a former career as a palliative nurse, having sat at the bedside with thousands of people facing their mortality, her poetry emerges from the tender territory between who we were and who we're becoming, and choosing to die into every version of who we think we need to be in order to live a more truthful life. With raw honesty and fierce compassion, she writes about the messy, beautiful process of coming back to ourselves after years of performing for love. Her debut collection, In Rooms of Truth, chronicles the journey from self-abandonment to sovereignty. Beyond her writing, Kyra hosts The Worthiness Lab podcast, where she explores themes of belonging, authenticity, and conscious relationship. She facilitates sacred rage ceremonies, leads retreats for women to enter into the chrysalis and reclaim their voice, and has a signature course called Loving Without Losing Yourself. Her work is for anyone tired of shrinking to fit into love and ready to be chosen for exactly who they are.
