So closing your eyes either fully or partially.
Taking a few deep breaths.
As you do that you might even imagine how the energy,
The energy in your system drops as you allow yourself to come to a place of stillness.
You might even imagine the energy in your system from your head sort of gradually sifting down through your body,
Your muscles relaxing,
Releasing as the energy drops.
Your body getting heavier,
Allowing gravity to assist you in landing,
In arriving in this moment.
Gravity is always inviting us to land,
Always inviting us to connect with the earth,
Accepting that invitation,
Allowing yourself to feel heavy,
To greet the earth with your being.
If you find the energy moving up again,
If you find yourself enlivening again,
Then gently inviting,
Settling again.
You can always start again from the top of your head,
Accepting that invitation from gravity to allow your body to be gently rested down towards the earth.
You you you your body naturally seeks home home in the earth I'm at that connection between your body and the earth now is it to answer that call and to move homeward you you now is it to release any need to be springing up and away from the earth into activity or thoughts how is it to not do that to do the opposite of that you you you and as we're moving now towards the completion of this meditation savoring for a moment what it's like to be connecting with the earth to be resting heavily savoring the experience of releasing relaxing you bringing your awareness to your breathing again noticing a couple of breaths expanding your awareness out to your body as a whole becoming aware of the physicality of your body maybe you're noticing the energy starting to rise a little bit again and see consider moving towards the completion of this practice you've been moving your hands your feet your shoulders your torso when you're ready gently opening your eyes bringing your awareness to the room that you're in you might even look around the space what you're in you stretch and sip of your drink
