So closing your eyes either fully or partially.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Noticing your muscles to relax,
To release.
Noticing the muscles in your face.
Are you holding any of your facial muscles in a particular way?
Can you invite those muscles to relax down?
Muscles in your shoulders and your upper back.
Can you invite them to relax,
To release?
Muscles in your belly.
Muscles in your pelvic area,
Your thighs.
Is there any tightness there?
Is there any holding on in that area?
Knowing what it's like to invite your muscles to release,
To relax.
Is there more space in your experience when you're allowing your muscles to relax?
Is there any stress or anxiety when you think about doing that?
If so,
That's okay.
It's not a problem.
Muscles are tight for a reason.
They're wanting to protect you,
To be ready.
Ready to move into action.
They might be holding tension for you without you even knowing it.
Respecting your system if you feel any anxiety around releasing your muscles,
Relaxing your muscles.
Not forcing anything.
Simply an invitation.
Charles.
And then as we transition out of this little arriving meditation,
Breathing at our body,
Expanding your awareness to your whole body,
Becoming aware of your fingers and your toes,
Maybe starting to move your fingers and your toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your shoulders,
Your torso.
When you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Taking a moment to have a stretch or a sip of your drink.
Transcribed by definition of idealism.
