Feeling the energy flow through your body, especially along your arms and up your spine. Enjoy a gentle yet powerful reconditioning of your body all the way to breathing this peace into your everyday life. Special thanks to Irene and Kelly for this divine co-creation.

Make yourself comfortable if you haven't already and just close your eyes.
We're going into this journey of peace and connection.
Take a moment and tune into your heart.
Feel that heart space.
Breathe in and out into your heart.
And really arriving in this very moment,
Allowing the worries and the events of the day to just melt away,
To just allow them to stay outside and allow all those expectations,
Those to-dos,
Thoughts of the future to just lift off as well,
To cleanse,
To wash out of your mind.
And becoming present with every breath in your heart,
Set the intention of breathing peace into your heart.
You might even imagine your higher self blowing peace into your heart.
For this journey today,
First let us imagine how we are all sitting in a circle and let us connect,
Unite through three breaths as we always do.
Breathing deep into your belly and gently exhale together.
Breathing in deeply and breathing out completely.
One more deep breath into your belly and gently exhaling like a pulse,
Breathing together,
Uniting,
Tuning into a similar frequency.
Beautiful.
Thank you for being here today,
For joining this circle through space and time,
Presence and intention.

And as the higher self showed up already,
Just imagine sitting with your higher self,
In whatever way feels comfortable,
Whatever way you might imagine.
Your higher self might be an energy above you,
Might be sitting in front of you,
Might be just behind you or to your side.
Maybe today your higher self even connects through the earth,
Through your roots.
Just trust when you feel your higher self.
And your higher self is here today to amplify wherever you are going,
Wherever we are going,
To support you,
The way your higher self supports you through life to guide you.
And just imagine this energetic bubble that is created through you.
And for a moment just connect heart to heart,
Soul to soul.
Always remember you are one,
Yet we can play with our imagination.
With every breath you feel how you are inhaling but also how your higher self is sending that intention into your heart.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing peace into your body and exhaling everything that's not conducive with the frequency of peace.
And playing with that for a little bit.
Just allowing yourself in your imagination to have a bit of fun.
Breathing in peace and exhaling all that's not in alignment with peace.
It might be like colour elements that are being sucked out of your body,
It might be smoke,
It might be,
I don't know.
Little things that are leaving your body as more and more peace enters your body.
They even say goodbye.
It might be flying off.
Those things,
Those energies that are leaving might be beautiful or ugly.
It doesn't matter at all.
They just are.
If any judgment within you comes up just send her back to peace and just let everything drift away that doesn't want to stay.
As you feel how more and more peace enters your body.
Every breath is like a jug of pure divine peace,
Air,
Peace,
Water entering your vessel,
Your sacred temple,
Your body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And just watch it,
Watch the peace,
Watch your body being filled with peace.
Fill your toes,
Your tippy toes,
The soles of your feet,
The top of your feet,
Your ankles.
Feel it going higher,
Your calves,
Your shin and everything that's not conducive to your overall peace just leaves through your pores,
Through your skin.
Breathing more,
Filling your body with more peace,
Your knees,
Your kneecap,
This really sensitive back of your knee,
The sides of your knee going into your thighs,
Your quads,
Your pelvis,
Your hip,
Your sexual organs,
Your reproductive organs,
Your entire belly,
Your intestines and all of the muscle and fat cells and lymph,
Everything just had peace in your entire belly area.
Feeling like peace circulating as you breathe in and as you exhale,
Watching that belly lift and drop in peace.
Feeling up higher,
Yeah,
Filling your lungs with peace.
As you inhale,
Really stretch your lungs all the way to the ribs and beyond.
As you exhale,
Just allow everything else to just leave.
And again,
Just allowing it and allowing everything that's not an alignment to just be,
To know that it's leaving anyways.
If it's showing yourself,
You can just say hi and bye and refocus to that peace.
Placing your attention,
Your awareness on that ever growing peace within you.
From your lungs,
Feeling it move into your heart.
Maybe you can even listen to the pulse of peace.
Your heart dancing,
Literally is like a dance,
Like a vortex where blood and oxygen are moving,
Emerging.
I mean,
Pushed,
Pulled through your entire body.
Oh,
We're coming back here.
Feeling the peace flowing down your arms,
Down up your shoulders,
Feeling it in your shoulders.
Feeling it dropping down into your elbows,
Down your lower arms,
Into the backs of your hands,
Down your hands,
Down your fingers,
Into your palms.
And today you might place your hands facing downwards on your body.
So we are going within,
Giving peace to ourselves.
For a moment,
Just imagine how you breathe in through the tips of your fingers.
And as you inhale,
You pull this energy from your fingertips into your palms,
Into the soft,
Gentle inside part of your hands.
Feel the energy going up,
Up through the inner side of your elbows,
Up,
Down into your armpits and up around as you start exhaling again down your shoulders,
Your outer side of your arms,
Your elbow,
Your outer side,
Your upper part of your underarms.
Over your upside of your hands and down your fingers again,
Down and out.
Taking a few breaths here,
Breathing in this divine peace through the sensitive inside part of your arms,
Up into your shoulders and down the outside part of your hands,
Down out of your fingers.
Breathing in and breathing out in your own rhythm.
As you do so,
You might feel the energy building up.
There might be an increased energy in your hands and your palms.
I invite you to experience a warming sensation in your fingers,
In your hands as energy is coming in here.
And energy,
Warm energy,
Peaceful energy.
As you keep breathing this way,
Your shoulders might drop a little.
Stay relaxed.
Keeping your attention,
Keeping your awareness in your arms.
And remember,
You can play with this and check your own awareness.
You can scan and just breathe this way on your right side for a few breaths.
Do that now.
Breathe fully focused on your right arm,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Inhaling this warm,
Peaceful energy through the tips of your fingers to your palms,
The sensitive,
Gentle inner side of your arm,
Your armpit.
And then like a flow,
Like a wave,
Washing down your outer side of your arm,
Down your shoulder to your upper side of the hand and down out through your fingers,
Through your fingernails,
Like waves surfing off them.
Breathing in peace,
Exhaling everything that's not in alignment.
In with peace,
Out with attention.
As you've taken a few breaths in your right arm,
Compare that with your left.
Simply compare again as always,
Just being aware of what you notice.
No analyzing,
Just accepting and feeling.
Now tuning into your left arm and taking a few breaths in through your left fingers,
Up your palm,
The inner side of your arm,
Into your armpit.
And then like a whoosh,
Down your outer arm,
Your upper arm and down your fingers in your own rhythm.
In with peace and out with attention.
In with space and out with density.
Feeling that warm,
Peaceful sensation,
That energy entering the tips of your fingers.
In a gentle flow,
Like the ebb and flow of the oceans.
Now see your left shoulder,
Watch it relax more and more with every breath you take.
Hmm.
Feel the energy building up in your left hand as well.
Now just compare both arms again,
Tune into the left and the right arm and just witness how they feel now.
They might feel longer,
Warmer,
More spacious,
The power of the breath.
Taking a few breaths now again through both arms at once.
And as your arms are cleared,
Aligned in peace,
Create more space with every breath.
Feel that energy coming up into your arms.
Feel the energy flowing easily and freely now.
Feel that relaxation,
Feel that space and that peace in your hands,
In your arms,
In your shoulders.
Hmm.
Now going down your spine again.
Let's breathe with your spine.
Starting at the base of your spine as you inhale.
Inhale the energy,
That peace all the way up to the top of your spine,
Out of your head.
As you exhale,
Just let it gently flow down your spine again.
Inhaling,
Spiraling up your spine,
Feel that energy rising up and relax.
Breathing like this for a little bit.
Feeling that rise of energy,
Like serpents,
Like flames coming up,
Like all the way up.
And clear energy just comes down your spine.
Like being blessed by a feather touched by grace as the air comes down again.
That peaceful energy coming up,
Up and up.
Relaxing more and more,
More and more space in your body.
Going into your throat,
Filling your throat with peace.
Opening that voice,
This channel of speaking your visions into reality.
Of speaking,
Speaking peace,
Creating peace with your words,
With your sounds,
With your breath.
And feel how with your every breath your body feels more.
Even more peace overflowing your throat,
Entering your head.
And remember your higher self is still here,
But you might even be holding your hands.
As this peaceful energy enters your brain,
Illuminating dormant cells,
Reawakening every part of your brain.
Saturating your cells,
Your atoms,
Your DNA.
Feeling the energy of peace in your ears.
Even feeling peace in your mouth,
In your tongue,
In your teeth,
In your cheeks.
Such messengers of peace,
Feeling that smile on your face.
A peaceful and gentle smile.
Feeling how your eyes are being filled with peace.
Your human eye as well as your first eye,
Your spirit eye,
Between your eyebrows.
Allowing visions of peace to come through.
Seeing reality through seeing your world in peace.
For a moment scan your entire body now and tune into the area.
Their fields,
The most peaceful right now.
Tune into that area.
And be in that space with your full awareness.
How does that feel?
Really tuning into this space.
And feel the space around it from here.
Allowing every other particle,
Part of your body to catch up.
Your entire body radiates this space.
And if there is an area that kind of doesn't feel like wanting this space,
That's okay.
Just imagine how it would feel if it would allow this peace in.
Just imagine how it would feel if your entire body was at peace.
Well,
Sometimes we might have this serious idea about peace.
But peace wants you to know that it's pretty flexible and joyful.
So tuning into that energy.
Seeing the groundedness that you're experiencing right now being at peace.
Being at peace with all.
Feeling your roots,
They suddenly just appear,
Those roots connecting you with the Earth.
Now that you are at peace,
You can fully tune into them.
And you feel that expansion of peace as you ground,
As you connect.
And you feel the peace of the trees or the animals,
The air of the rocks,
The stone beings,
The earth.
And feeling that divine drop in through the top of your head.
The divine light,
Peace.
Working with your essence.
You might even feel how easy it is for your body right now to repair,
To feed,
To nourish itself.
It's like this beautiful flowing river after a gentle rain,
Nourishing the trees,
The plants.
They even be like that lake where all the animals come to you to drink.
That's the energy that is available within you right now.
The energy of peace.
That always is within you.

Your neighborhood.
Into your state and into your country.
And as you do so,
Connect with those who are currently riding the same wave,
Who are tuned into the same frequency.
That circle of peace that is far wider than the three of us here present right now.
Feeling everybody through space and into this frequency,
United together.
And with all of that power,
Feel how it's flowing throughout the entire world.
Don't limit yourself.
Open yourself up to the possibility,
To the reality of trees,
Plants,
Animals,
Rocks being in this frequency with you,
With us.
I bet you know these peaceful grandmother,
Grandfather type trees.
I bet you know one.
And if you don't,
It might fight you now.
Whenever you tap into this frequency of peace,
You can call upon the power of that tree or that plant of any ally you like.
Sometimes it's nice to have something physical.
Even though our higher self is always with us,
So is the frequency of peace always within us.
The pure light that we are.
Everything else is just a cloak thrown on top.
And even in that frequency of peace,
You can experience the full range of emotions from that state of peace,
From that deep knowing that everything is in balance,
In harmony.
That everything that is coming into your field,
Into your world is sent to you by the Divine.
And even though in day to day life we,
Even though we practice,
We sometimes forget about this space,
About this energy.
We can in the evening sit down and reflect.
You can do this right now.
There was a moment during your day,
In your past week where you would have liked to act from this state.
Just bring that situation back right now,
Right here.
This is how we expand,
How we bring more peace into this world by rehearsing past experiencing,
Creating new options from this space,
Creating new ways to react,
To be.
Now being in that situation.
And just together with your higher self,
Go through the situation again.
How would you have liked to change?
Don't change anything.
Leave the external world the way it is.
Just you change yourself.
What is the highest expression of yourself?
Lovingly rehearse this.
Lovingly go through this situation again and again until you feel satisfied.
And you're on way.
Now anchor that option in.
You know,
Your brain doesn't know the difference.
You can see the difference.
You have just created a alternative way of reacting.
Now watch your future unfold.
This is going into the human gym.
This is how we bring more peace into this world.
We act more of peace.
We bring more peace.
We show,
Experience it more for ourselves,
Acknowledging that it was always there.
Just cuddle into this beautiful,
Powerful,
Joyful,
Expansive energy of peace.
Where your body feels so spacious.
And you can take in these breaths.
And you feel so connected with everybody who is in that frequency as well.
Feeling that strength.
Making that inner warrior happy,
Smiling,
Putting a smile on your face.
I don't know if you hear some birds,
Some animals outside,
Some sounds of nature.
If you don't just make it your homework to go out today or tomorrow and just soak up that incredible sound of nature.
Just sit by a bird,
By a tree,
By the wind and just listen to that.
Let that remind you of this space of peace.
Listen to the sound of your own breath.
That is the sound of nature.
Now tune into your body.
Feel how your body feels differently now compared to when you sat down.
Know that you have brought peace into your life and into the lives of those around you and into the world.

We consciously think,
We consciously pray and our arms are pretty much creating this heart shape and we breathe into our hearts.

It's a good time to just place them in here and breathe them into your heart,
Into your being and just surrender them.
Whenever you're ready,
You can rub your hands until they are beautifully warm if they aren't already and then place them in front of your eyes and from that dark,
Safe and secure place,
Whenever you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes again and return.
