Welcome to day six of Mantras in Mindfulness.
Today's mantra is,
Forgiveness is healing.
We all make mistakes,
Sometimes intentional,
Other times neglectful,
But often accidental.
How we move forward from those mistakes is truly what matters most.
Don't allow the mistakes of others to keep you from your happiness,
Purpose,
Or your peace.
When we forgive others,
We give ourselves permission to heal.
We release the burden of negativity,
Unease,
And mistrust,
And we open up to love,
Clarity,
And hope.
Forgiveness doesn't mean allowing people to take advantage of you.
It means not holding onto feelings that are holding you back.
When we forgive others and ourselves,
We are liberated from the heaviness of having to carry around that emotional baggage.
When you are ready,
Just say,
I forgive you and I release you.
