Self-sabotage comes in many different forms.
It is a limiting belief.
It is a trick of the ego to keep us small,
To really keep our light dimmed.
And so how self-sabotage can come to form in career is through procrastination,
Not making the decisions that align with you,
Whether that's leaving your current profession,
Growing or upscaling your current business to the thoughts that you are doing because of fear or resistance,
Hesitancy to do something new.
In relationships,
It can look like people pleasing.
It can look like not being in your authenticity or integrity with the things that you want to be doing,
How you want to be expressing yourself or sharing your time or your resources.
And in healing,
We can actually self-sabotage ourselves from healing by not being aware of the emotions and allowing them to come through and not being vulnerable enough to seek or ask for the support or help to find the resources that we need.
And all of these things,
All of these patterns,
All of these behaviors have other core wounds attached to them.
Most often it is because you don't feel worthy of being seen,
Of being heard.
You don't feel good enough or you don't belong.
There's no sense of belonging.
You don't belong in a space or with a healer or in a container,
Or you're fearful of the rejection of the judgment.
And self-sabotage keeps us from our true path.
It keeps us from our true purpose.
It keeps us from being in the communities and helping the people that we're meant to help.
But most importantly,
It prevents us from expanding into this new version,
This new level of person that we are meant to be.
It keeps us small.
It diminishes our light.
So in what ways are you self-sabotaging by not putting yourself first,
Making yourself a priority and getting your needs met,
However that might look?
So I leave you with that.
