Let's jump right in.

So one of our favorite topics.

Okay,

So today's card for day three and for spirit babies,

Of course,

So perfect,

Is I hold space for all my emotions and I cradle them with devotion.

So emotions is a huge thing when it comes to spirit babies.

And the message is I am the guardian of my well-being.

It is in my acceptance of all my emotions that I find freedom.

I listen to the wisdom of my emotions and let them teach me.

I witness them and I learn.

So the message for today is all about emotions.

So that made me feel like what emotions may you be sitting with,

Especially on this Aries full moon that you may not be releasing,

Acknowledging,

Or maybe emotions that are ready to be released and acknowledged.

So spirit babies,

How many of you joining live are consciously conceiving right now or thinking of having a baby in the future?

So most of you are in the process of conception right now.

Okay,

Beautiful.

Okay,

So you all know me.

So who are spirit babies?

The way that I like to describe spirit babies,

The way that their energy feels,

The way that I communicate with them is they're essentially our future ancestors,

Right?

So they are interested.

Ancestors are interested in moving the lineage forward.

Ancestors are interested in making sure that your needs are met,

That you have more than the generation before you.

So our spirit babies are going to be trying to do everything that they can to move us forward on our path in order to create the quote unquote right terms or conditions for them to come through.

They are reincarnated souls.

So many of our spirit babies have lived past lives with us.

Many lifetimes we've shared with them in different roles.

Maybe in a past life,

They were the mom and we were the child.

Maybe they were the father and we were the child.

So they might've lived a past life with us.

They are reincarnating.

It's usually someone that we share karmic attachments to,

But not all the time.

I will say with spirit babies,

It's fascinating because,

And I've done hundreds of spirit baby readings.

And to this day,

I'm still in awe of the new things,

The new situations,

The new information that these babies convey,

Like the new scenarios and situations.

Everyone's unique path is so different.

Everyone's connection to their spirit baby is so different,

But they're fundamental,

Like basics,

Right?

So some are reincarnated souls.

We've shared other lifetimes with these people.

So they're reincarnating to serve another contract with us.

Some getting on the more metaphysical side are star beings.

They're actually not of this earth.

If you're familiar with the term star seed,

Some of us do have a cosmic lineage,

Even though we reincarnate on earth,

We may have shared other reincarnations on other planets in other lifetimes.

So what's fascinating is some of us actually have spirit babies who are new to earth.

And a lot of the children and,

You know,

Now coming through and coming in,

Who require a little more handholding when it comes to conception are actually these higher frequency beings that are being sent to earth in order for us to raise the vibration of humanity.

Because as we all see,

The way that,

You know,

Humanity is on track right now,

The way mother earth is being treated isn't sustainable.

So for the long-term growth of the collective and of the earth,

We will have star beings.

So in readings,

I've seen when I'm like talking to them,

And I'm like,

Okay,

Have you shared past lives with your parents or mom?

They will let me know,

Like,

Actually,

I'm new.

Like I'm new to the family.

I'm new to the lineage.

They're still a future ancestor.

So they still want to bring you forward.

It's just,

You're starting a new line,

If that makes sense.

So some of us who feel like the black sheep in our family,

Some of us who feel like we're really doing,

Pushing the boundaries and the limits,

We're doing a lot of the ancestral healing,

We're breaking the generational curses.

Often that is our task in this lifetime to create a new lineage,

Create a new legacy.

And so our children will be highly sensitive,

Highly empathetic,

Highly intuitive.

And those are really good indicators if you have a child who's really sensitive,

Really intuitive that they are a star being,

That they have shared a cosmic lineage,

But they could have reincarnations on earth.

So nothing is ever like black and white or linear,

But I did want to bring this to the forefront of the conversation just to like plant those seeds and to gain some awareness that,

You know,

There's a lot that we might not talk about or know about.

And it really does contribute to a lot of these factors going into conception,

But also in motherhood.

So spirit babies,

They are at a higher level of vibration or frequency.

So they're actually in the spirit realm.

And so that's why we can communicate to them through mediumship,

Through psychic abilities,

But this is not,

You know,

I do this work,

But I always,

I haven't always done this work.

The first time that I connected to a spirit baby was about three years ago.

And at the time I was doing a lot of business consulting.

I was doing intuitive work,

But mostly on the business side,

Like helping women actualize their purpose,

Start and launch their businesses,

Which I still do today.

But that was like the majority of my business.

Now I have,

You know,

The conscious business side and the conscious conception side and motherhood.

And one of my clients was like,

You know,

I'm feeling really called.

She was in this conscious conception phase.

She was like,

Would you be able to communicate or get in touch with my spirit baby?

Because I keep having these dreams.

And I said,

You know what?

Like,

Sure,

Let's do a session.

And how I usually see spirit babies is within a woman or man's energy,

Right?

So we're going to talk about the different ways.

Like when do they appear?

Who do they appear to?

I see them in the energy of a woman or a man,

And they're usually orbiting our energy.

And based on the way that they are orbiting,

I can tell if they're closer or further away from conception.

So sometimes women will have multiple spirit babies in their orbit.

They'll have like two or three children,

Especially if you're like a new mom.

But one will always be more predominant than the other based on the order of conception that they're coming in through.

So typically I will communicate with the one that is wanting to be conceived first because that spirit baby will tell us what do your parents need?

Like,

You know,

What are some of these missing terms and conditions that need to be fulfilled in order for you to come earthside?

So in those conversations,

They will speak a lot about,

You know,

The mental,

Emotional,

Energetic health of their parents,

Of some of the foundational things that might need to become aligned.

They will give us an indicator of kind of like their personality traits sometimes,

Right?

So they'll give us a clue as some of those personality traits,

What they are here to do,

Kind of what their purpose is,

What they are here to fulfill.

So through mediumship and our psychic abilities,

And I'm going to give you some practices today that you could take with you that you can start connecting and bonding with your spirit baby.

But just think of them as,

You know,

These ancestors,

Future ancestors who are in another realm,

But we can,

They are always with us.

So they know where we've been,

Where we're going,

Where we're heading,

Where we are today.

And,

You know,

When we experience pregnancy loss,

And it's devastating to us when we experience miscarriages or stillbirths,

When we choose to have abortions,

Our bodies can hold a lot of that guilt or shame,

Bitterness,

Resentment.

So everything that we've been talking about for the past two days,

In terms of our femininity,

In terms of our womb,

Those are really important things to be aware of,

Making sure we're not holding onto that baggage in our fanny packs,

Right?

Because there's no judgment in the spirit realm.

Also,

If you have a spirit baby and you're like,

You know what?

I'm done.

Like,

I don't want any more children or I don't want to have children at all.

That's also okay.

They will understand it.

Spirit babies are looking for their terms and conditions to be met.

So that they can come in and fulfill their purpose.

Just like,

You know,

In our cycle of reincarnation,

When we were choosing our parents,

We were like,

Okay,

What parents are going to get me to this ultimate goal?

And,

You know,

There's a lot of conversations we can have around this.

Like,

Well,

Why would someone choose like these people?

Why would a soul choose to go through such devastation and loss or hardship and again,

There's no black or white.

There's no,

You know,

We're all,

It's all about duality.

Life and our experiences are all about duality of nature.

And we have karmic attachments.

We have ancestral attachments and it really is a choice.

Like,

It's so fascinating.

Even with adoption,

Babies know what they're doing.

Like,

So maybe a baby will go to like a teenage mom who ends up dumping them in a firehouse at a fire station.

And then ultimately that child gets a home within these parents.

That is the soul's choice.

The soul knew what it was doing consciously.

So,

You know,

Even in the darkest of moments,

Even in these,

You know,

Really hard realities that we face as human,

There is,

You know,

A spiritual reason.

There is a lesson.

There is a karmic tie or relationship.

So even when we choose to have abortions,

Even when we experience a pregnancy loss,

That is an indication of something within us that wants to be healed or acknowledged before a child can come through.

So sometimes the same child will reincarnate the second time around when you do get pregnant.

Or sometimes that child would leave.

Sometimes that child will leave and either go to someone else who can match their criteria in like their timing.

Because there is,

You know,

Divine timing.

Some children are literally waiting for like,

Sometimes I'll get messages like,

There's nothing wrong.

I'm just waiting for like the summer of 2024.

Like for them,

It's like historic time or a period.

And so if you have more than one spirit baby,

Sometimes that spirit baby will just,

Instead of being like that first child,

It'll be the second child.

Or sometimes that child will actually go,

If you're a mom already,

That child might just be your child's child.

So that you might end up being the grandparent of that child.

So there's really fascinating,

Like different opportunities here and different conversations that we can have about spirit babies,

Their purpose,

Their goals,

And how we can start working with them.

And again,

Sometimes I just,

I do this so much and I talk about it so much that sometimes I just forget like what people may not know.

So what do spirit babies tell us?

They can tell us about our purpose.

Are we on the right path?

What can we do?

Ancestors are all about moving us forward.

Ancestors want us to live our best lives.

Ancestors want us to be set up for the best possible outcome result,

Right?

So there's a really great book called Sacred Contracts by Carolyn Miss.

Sacred Contracts,

Carolyn Miss,

M-Y-S-S.

And in that book,

She talks about the different archetypes that we take on during our lifetimes that we are born with.

And she also talks about the link between contracts as people.

Like we all have soul contracts.

With one another,

Big or small.

You know,

Like a small soul contract could be like someone that you encounter like on the street or at a store.

You know,

You might not think anything of it,

But you literally agreed to like help each other out in this lifetime.

You know,

It could be like a friend or a realtor,

A partner,

Like all of us,

That every experience that we have is contracted or karmic in some way,

Big or small.

And so with our children,

They're looking at us to really provide them with the foundations of that contract and what they're looking for in terms of like this checklist.

So a lot of the time,

My clients will be in really unfulfilling careers that are not in alignment with the environment that the spirit baby is meant to come through in.

For instance,

You know,

My daughter was not looking for me to be a corporate publicist.

My daughter was like,

Yeah,

This is not part of my checklist.

So as she was coming through closer and closer energetically,

I was feeling called to shift and change my career.

As soon as I got pregnant,

I said,

Yeah,

I can't do this.

This is not how I'm meant to show up.

Like this is not part of our contract.

A lot of my clients will tell me,

And I will have clients who are on their second,

Third rounds of IVF,

And they're like,

I just don't get it.

And then when I'm receiving messages from the baby,

I'm like,

How are you doing in your career?

Like,

What do you,

I hate my job.

Like I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing,

But I just stay there because it's financially stable.

And you know,

You know,

You know,

You know how it goes because we've all been there.

And I'm like,

Yeah,

Your child is really set on this career path for you.

Your child is really set on something that provides you with flexibility,

More attention.

Some of our spirit babies are more quote unquote needier than others.

They're going to require more attention,

More of your presence because they're so special.

They're here to do more.

They're intuitive,

They're empathetic.

And I will tell you like,

You know,

There's this concept of new earth parenting where we're like,

Okay,

There's this concept of new earth parenting where we are really shifting the roles of what it means to be mothers and fathers.

We don't talk about the fathers enough,

But there's a generation of men who are really trying.

More dads than ever are actually staying home with their children and more women are working.

So there's like this gender role reversal that is happening as well.

Or more parents are consciously choosing to work from home,

Find careers that are more flexible so that they could be more present.

This generation of parent is more intuitive,

More sensitive,

And more willing to do things differently than our parents did it.

So our spirit babies,

You know,

We're starting to create that harmony and balance within the family systems where a lot of our children are wanting us to do things differently.

And that can be like really stretchy or scary for us,

You know,

Because we're like,

Well,

How are you going to make it?

But you kind of just have to trust that purpose and that commitment.

Like that's that feminine energy,

Right?

Like I know what's best for my family,

What's best for us.

And really grounding into the vision of what are you creating?

And we're going to talk a little bit about vision planning next.

So purpose,

Really big one.

Do you feel out of alignment with your career?

How do you feel called to show up differently in your career,

In your job?

Is there something new that wants to come through?

And it doesn't have to be like quantum leap overnight.

Like you don't have to quit your job,

But it's just,

You know,

Baby steps.

Our spirit babies want to know that we are committed,

That we are doing what it is in order to get them closer,

In order to get them closer to their contract,

To their checklist.

But it doesn't have to be like huge leaps.

It just has to be that commitment that you will and are willing to change,

Open to receiving these changes.

So of course,

Health,

Lifestyle,

Wellness.

I've had many clients who were suffering from endometriosis,

PCOS,

Hormonal issues,

Women who weren't ovulating,

Women who weren't having a period,

Getting like really intense treatments for fertility.

And sometimes,

You know,

The spirit baby will tell us what is required.

A lot of what comes up in the health,

Lifestyle,

And wellness is how does your mental health look?

What does your spiritual health look like?

What is your emotional health?

So,

You know,

This is mind,

Body,

Spirit connected.

Are you paying attention to your needs?

You know,

Our spirit babies will tell us like,

Hey,

You're not doing what you should be doing.

You know,

They're going to call us out because that's what brings them closer.

So some of them will tell us,

You know,

In readings I've had,

Like,

Are you anemic?

Like,

Do you need to be taking more iron?

Like sometimes protocols will come up.

I'm like,

I don't even know what this is,

But the spirit baby is asking about it.

And then the woman will say,

Yeah,

I actually like have,

You know,

I do suffer from anemia,

But I haven't been taking my iron pills or something like that,

You know?

So they will tell us like,

Are you moving?

Are you doing movements?

Are you doing breath work?

Are you doing yoga?

Whatever it is.

And all of us are so unique.

Like all of us are not going to be doing the same things or called to doing the same things,

But our spirit baby will tell us like,

Yes,

These are some of the things that you can be doing to jumpstart conception or to really take care of yourself so that I can come through.

Relationships.

This one is another,

Everything is fascinating.

Everything's interesting,

But readings,

I actually do readings for women who don't have partners yet,

But are wanting to attract a partner to start a family.

Like,

You know,

They're well into their thirties and they're ready to settle down.

We can connect to the spirit baby.

So the spirit baby could tell us,

Tell me about that and tell me how mom can meet dad.

Tell me what it is that mom can do to bring this partnership closer.

And the spirit baby will tell us like,

This is what is needed.

This is what is required.

This you might meet him through a mutual friend or you need to be open to this.

And these are the things that you need to do.

So again,

Ancestors always want to move us forward.

So even in relationships,

Even in current relationships,

Right?

Spirit babies will tell us,

You know,

You and dad need to get on the same page.

Sometimes it's about the partnership needing to get on the same page.

Sometimes spirit babies will be actually closer to a certain parent.

One woman I did a reading for last week,

Her baby was so like,

Her baby and her were like,

The bond was so strong.

Like that child was all about the mom.

And not to say that her and the father aren't going to have a beautiful relationship,

But she was helping the mom heal so much.

Like the mom came from a family of women who experienced severe sexual trauma.

And that little girl was protecting her and helping her do so many different levels of healing.

Like it was just a beautiful thing to experience and to witness.

And you know,

On the reverse,

Sometimes I'll see a baby who is super connected to dad.

Dad is healing inner child trauma.

Dad needs to be safe and know that he can provide for a child before the child comes through.

So another client earlier this month,

It was her partner.

All of the messages were pretty much about her partner feeling safe enough to provide for his family,

Feeling like he was worthy enough of having a child of his own,

Having a family.

And so a lot of that conversation was around,

How can we create a nurturing supportive environment for him to start kind of reparenting himself to prepare to become a dad?

Because their conception issue was that energetically,

He literally didn't feel worthy.

And so he was kind of sabotaging the process.

He was pushing his partner away.

He was like delaying the process because he didn't feel inherently worthy of having a child,

Receiving a child because of issues in his own childhood,

His inner child's issues.

So,

You know,

Some of these things are very deeply rooted.

Some of these things are in our subconscious,

They're programs within us,

They're limiting beliefs,

But they can really take a toll.

On the conception process.

So when we think about trying to have a child,

Right?

And we're like,

Okay,

You know,

Logically and rationally,

We think,

Let me track my ovulation.

Like we need to have sex right now and do this or do,

But there's so many other factors.

What are the layers underneath everything?

Are you and your partner on the same page?

Do you feel emotionally,

Mentally supported?

You know,

Because a lot of the spare babies are looking out in our interest too.

They don't want parents who are burnt out,

Overwhelmed,

Unless that's part of their checklist,

Unless that's part of their contract and what they're here to heal.

But for the most part,

They want to feel like the parents are stable,

That there is a foundation.

So they literally tell us every single thing we need to know,

Unexpected.

Most of the time it's unexpected.

Like in my readings,

They're like,

The women are like,

Oh my gosh,

I didn't expect to be talking about all of this.

Like,

What does this have to do with conception?

I'm like,

Yeah,

Has a lot to do with conception because if you are not in your feminine energy,

Your body and IVF and those protocols are so masculine,

Right?

And they're so uncomfortable.

It's like,

I have to take the shot every day here.

Like I have to do that,

Produce,

Produce,

Produce,

Take the supplement.

It's such a masculine undertaking.

It's such a masculine process.

And when our bodies don't feel safe,

Like we literally can't receive anything into our womb space.

So we're not even inviting,

We're not inviting in the baby.

Like the baby's like,

I can't even,

Even if I wanted to,

I couldn't come through because there's just so much trauma or energy that is limiting me,

Literally blocking me from being conceived.

So when we start unearthing,

Unraveling some of these things and intuitively,

You know,

Some of the things subconsciously,

You might not know.

Like,

Oh,

I didn't even like correlate that or put that together,

Right?

We can't know everything.

But some of the things you might know,

Like,

Oh,

I know.

Like,

I know that there's an issue here,

But I've been avoiding it or haven't really done anything about it or I've ignored it.

And so those types of things are like a really big indicator of things that we could shift in order to bring the baby closer.

Spirit babies,

Do they make a mistake with us?

No,

I wouldn't say that they make a mistake,

That that's like thinking like,

And I'm sure,

Well,

I've personally had this thought,

Like,

Why did I choose my parents?

Like,

What was that?

Because I had like severe issues with my parents,

But there's no such thing as a mistake.

There's no such thing as a coincidence.

Everything is a lesson in this lifetime.

Everything,

Even in the darkest hours,

There's no coincidence.

There's no mistake.

There's no accidents.

We're not gonna ruin them.

We're not gonna like,

You know.

What's interesting about soul contracts is that we can renegotiate.

So for instance,

If we're like,

You know,

As souls,

I want you to always think like,

I am mind,

Body,

But I'm also spirit.

I'm also a soul living a human experience.

And as a soul living a human experience,

I can renegotiate my contract.

Like,

If you came into this lifetime and your soul contract was like,

You're having three kids and you're here with your two kids and you're like,

There's no way in hell I can have this third kid.

Like,

I am energetically,

Spirit,

Like I do not want this third child.

You essentially renegotiate your contract and you don't have the third child.

We have free will in every single thing that we do as souls living a human experience.

So we can renegotiate our contracts throughout our lifetime.

Sometimes they come up for a review.

So there are those instances.

There are those instances where,

We have free will and it's up to us to do the work or to put in that energy in order to bring them forward.

So when does a spirit baby appear?

You might sense a spirit baby.

You might sense them stronger as they get closer to your energetic fields.

So that's like the feeling of like,

I sense a really strong presence.

I'm interested to know,

Do any of you currently or have,

Have you sensed a spirit baby in your energy?

For anyone who's not a new mom or if this is the first time being a mom,

Have you experienced that connection?

You're like,

I just know that a spirit baby is around me.

Okay,

Yeah.

So you sense,

You have this connection because the energy of spirit babies is,

Yeah,

Through meditation,

Exactly.

The energy of spirit babies is as if it's like,

You know,

It's like,

How would I say it?

When we are connected to like the soul of like a human,

Like a past loved one,

You know,

We have that feeling of like,

Oh,

I feel like someone's like watching me or something.

You know,

Like one of those feelings,

Like spirit babies have like denser energy imprints so we can feel them around us.

Meditation and dreams.

Yeah,

That's beautiful,

Raquel.

I sense spirits,

But not sure if they are the spirit baby.

So I tell them to go away because I'm scared.

Yeah,

And that's exactly right,

Danielle.

That's exactly what I'm describing.

Like spirit babies will feel like that.

I feel something around me.

Like I feel someone watching me because they have the energy of like a person.

Spirit babies will usually feel lighter though.

Because they are orbs of light.

And we're going to talk about that,

Like how to connect to your spirit baby through color frequency and other techniques.

Spirit babies will feel a little lighter.

So if you feel like a heavier energy,

Like literally like a whole person,

Like,

Oh,

There's like a man standing behind me,

Right?

If you're feeling that,

Then that's going to be a past loved one or another spirit.

And yes,

You could tell them to walk to the light.

And that's a really interesting thing that's happening.

It's a really interesting thing that Danielle brought up because in the spirit realm,

When we are communicating with spirits,

We place boundaries on our communication with spirits.

So even though I'm a psychic and I'm a medium,

And I can speak to past loved ones,

I can,

You know,

See beyond the veil.

I place a boundary where I'm like,

Spirits are not allowed to come to me unless I call them forward.

So in the spirit world,

You know,

There's like universal laws that all beings are held to.

And so that's why it's important.

Step one of communicating to your baby is inviting them to communicate with you and knowing that,

You know,

You're setting an intention of love and light.

And I want to form a closer connection to my spirit baby.

So it's okay.

It's okay for my spirit baby to come to me and set those terms and conditions with them.

I remember when I first started doing this work and I was like opening up my mediumship and I was like channeling past loved ones and everything.

It would just happen all the time.

I would be in the kitchen and I would like literally hear,

I will not see spirits.

That's one thing I refuse to do.

I do not want to see spirits like coming to me because that will scare the shit out of me.

But like I would hear,

Like they would start talking to me and like telling me their names.

And I was like,

Oh no,

This is not cool.

So I started forming that boundary of like,

No,

I don't communicate with any spirits at all unless I set intentionally connect with them,

Unless I'm connecting with them for my client or for like my ancestors.

But we set those boundaries.

So that's why it's important.

If you want to connect to your spirit baby,

That you open up that communication channel and you're setting an intention in love and light that you are just communicating with that spirit baby.

And I will say,

Because you are sensing a spirit baby,

It does not mean that they're gonna be born soon.

You could sense a baby years before they're actually meant to be born.

And for some of my clients that I will see,

Like this child is not meant to be conceived for another two years.

This child is really close to conception.

This child is like six months.

This child is like a year out.

So the spirit babies will give us a timeline,

But they'll just start working with us.

They'll come into our,

And some might even say like spirit babies are with us our entire lives.

Our spirit babies might be hanging out with us our entire lives,

Right?

Like they're just in our energy field,

But we don't sense them or they don't come as close until like the few years when it's really heightened,

When our purpose is heightened,

When those changes are really coming online and becoming more obvious is when our spirit baby will get closer and closer and closer.

And there's techniques and ways that we can bring them closer that we're gonna talk about today.

And they involve a lot of vision planning and a lot of commitment for establishing those boundaries for them.

Deep trauma.

Yeah.

Mental and emotional healing.

Yeah.

It's true,

Samira.

Like a lot of the messages from the spirit baby will be because the baby wants you to be clear of that so that as you're entering this season of motherhood,

You're not like repeating the cycles or the triggers,

Or there's just like a level of healing that you are meant to be experiencing before this child comes through.

And just because you have a spirit baby in your energy field doesn't mean that you are necessarily meant to birth them.

They can belong in your lineage,

But not to you.

So we talked about that a little earlier.

I had a client who was really curious about spirit baby readings,

But she decided that she was not going to have any children in this lifetime.

She made the conscious choice that she did not want kids,

But she did have the energy of a little girl around her.

And when I was connecting to this girl,

The little girl kept telling me,

Like the words like grand aunt,

Like great aunt kept coming up.

So I asked her,

Do you have any nieces?

And she said,

Yes,

I'm really close to my nieces.

Like I do feel like my nieces are almost like my children.

And I was like,

That's so interesting because this baby is telling me that you're their great aunt.

And essentially that child was there for one of her nieces.

Like that child was just working through this woman to be birthed through the niece.

And like this woman was changing a lot in her career.

Like she really was taking care of her nieces a lot.

So sometimes our like,

You know,

Spirit babies will work through someone who's like more evolved or more intuitive in the lineage to even like help the lineage.

And like,

You know,

She was very much meant to like teach her niece and like be there for her niece,

Like take care of her niece.

So that baby would be birthed through her niece when the time was right.

All right,

So connecting to spirit babies.

So as Raquel mentioned,

Dreams and visions,

Paying close attention to any vivid dreams or visions like that's going to be a huge way that a spirit baby will communicate because in our dream state,

We're more open.

We're more relaxed.

You could even set an intention that you want your spirit baby to come visit you in a dream.

Start getting to know them.

Allow them to come into your dream state so that you can start working with them so they can start speaking to you.

They can start showing themselves to you.

That's a great way because we're more relaxed.

We're less tense.

So dreams and visions are great.

Signs and synchronicities,

Repeated symbols,

Names,

Numbers,

Meeting people who share similar experiences are a way that spirit babies communicate with us.

You could set the intention to say to your spirit baby,

Like assign value and meaning to certain things.

If I see a cardinal,

However form that might appear,

Then that's my spirit baby talking to me.

Say like,

Look,

Spirit baby,

I want you to show me an owl every time you're with me.

Every time you're around me,

Show me an owl.

Ask for symbols.

Two,

I have a lot of clients who tell me I keep seeing the name Jessica everywhere.

Everywhere I turn,

There's like Jessica,

Jessica,

Jessica.

And I feel the energy of a little girl around me.

So often sometimes that'll be it too.

Like they're trying to communicate with you.

They're trying to say like,

My name is Jessica and I'm here.

I'm around you,

I'm working with you.

And of course our intuition,

Messages,

Inner knowing,

Nudges.

You know,

All of you have said you felt that connection with a spirit baby that there's a knowing,

A sense that there's a soul who's working with you and waiting for you.

So we answered the first question,

Right?

This is the reflection point.

Have you felt a strong presence around you?

Are there dreams,

Visions,

Or signs that make you feel like a spirit baby could be close?

In what areas of your life are you feeling called to change or shift?

These are huge indications that a spirit baby is not only trying to communicate with you,

But also helping you to bring them closer.

These are really great markers to look at of what is it?

How can I work with this baby?

Like,

How can we work together?

This baby from the spirit realm and me from this earthly plane,

How can we work together to get closer?

The spirit baby's intention is that you are on your highest path,

That you are in your fullest,

Highest alignment so that they can come through,

That you feel good,

That you are mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually prepared for the next chapter,

For this expansion,

That your body,

Mind,

And spirit are all working together in order to bring them through.

Okay,

So let's talk about how do we bring them closer?

What are some of the things that we do?

Do spirit babies sometimes appear as an older version or image of themselves to come see you?

And do spirit babies sometimes go to your child to talk?

Oh,

Yes,

To both.

So sometimes spirit babies will come to you in a form that they feel is more comfortable to you.

So in meditation,

When you're calling in your spirit baby,

They might actually be a teenager.

You're like,

You're not even a baby at all.

You're a full grown teen.

Sometimes they might appear to you,

Sometimes you might only see the back of their head.

Maybe they won't even give you attributes.

I know for me,

Some of my clients,

When I'm asking the gender of the spirit baby,

The spirit baby's like,

I'm gender neutral.

I don't want my parents to get caught up in a particular gender.

Sometimes they don't want to reveal their gender.

So if you have any difficulty identifying the gender of your child,

Like that can be normal if the child doesn't want you to get like,

Especially if you're like,

I want to have a boy or I want to have a girl from like an ego perspective or,

You know,

So they might not appear to you in a particular gender.

It just might be like abstract.

Maybe they appear to you as like a toddler,

A teenager,

Adolescent.

They will absolutely go to their siblings.

I've been in so many readings where I'm like,

Does your child or like my client will tell me like my child keeps talking to this person saying that this is their brother or sister,

Like,

And they have a name and they communicate with them.

Absolutely.

Like,

You know,

The spirit babies will tell us like I'm going to have such a strong connection with my siblings,

Or I'm really here to impart balance and harmony on this family dynamic.

So they could absolutely go to your child and your child who's probably highly sensitive,

Highly intuitive,

Can communicate easily with your spirit baby.

They're probably like,

We need to get mom and dad on this same page.

Like they're probably in cahoots trying to get this healing done because it's also their contract as well.

So,

You know,

Mom,

Dad,

Siblings,

All of you share a contract.

So to bring them closer,

We want to nourish your feminine energy because of course,

If your feminine energy is blocked,

Then you literally can't receive,

Your womb can't receive.

So when we're doing treatments like IVF and we're so heavily in our masculine and we're just like exhausted and burnt out and we're having a hard time taking care of ourselves,

We just need to remind ourselves,

I'm inviting the spirit in,

I'm receiving,

Right?

Expressing your needs,

Wants,

And desires.

That's part of your feminine energy.

Are you expressing what you need,

What you want?

That has been like a lot of my clients lately.

That's been a constant.

Like,

Is there something that you're like wanting to do that you haven't been doing?

Or like,

Have you been telling your partner that you feel this way?

And more oftentimes than not,

It's like,

No,

I've been meaning to have that conversation.

I don't know how to have it,

Or I'm scared or there's fear,

Right?

So the more that we can feel in alignment with our true selves,

The more that we could feel more whole away from these wounds,

These traumas,

These,

Like our,

You know,

The more that we could set our ancestral fanny pack down,

The closer our children can get to us because we're not blocking them.

Detoxes,

Cleanses often come through in readings,

Like heavy metal cleanses,

Heavy metal detox.

Are you using more natural products?

Like,

Is your vessel ready for conception?

Are you taking your supplements,

Your nutrients?

Are you taking all the things that you know you should be taking that have been recommended to you?

Are you starting to prepare your body?

Acupuncture is one thing that's like a constant.

Acupuncture is really great for moving energy,

Circulation,

For blood.

Acupuncture is a great fertility tool.

Do spirit babies see the efforts that we make and does that count in helping them bring in?

I feel like I've been working on all of these things and making progress,

But take a step backwards sometimes.

Then I wonder if that pushes my spirit baby farther away,

Even though I'm trying my best.

Absolutely.

When I connect to spirit babies,

They're like,

Just tell mom,

Like they're always offering words of encouragement.

Tell mom,

We're gonna be together soon.

Like,

She's got this,

Like,

It's okay.

So sometimes maybe it's that compassion that is needed.

Like,

Is there something small that you might be overlooking?

Is there a smaller detail that you might be overlooking?

Is there something that feels out of balance or out of sync?

Are you still giving your power away somehow in some small instance?

Go back to that question of like,

Are you expressing your needs,

Wants,

And desires,

But not only expressing them,

Are they being fulfilled?

What are,

You know,

For my,

This comes up a little bit too about acknowledging,

Like for anyone who is having issues with partnership or relationship.

And I use the word issues like loosely,

But for anyone who feels a little disconnected or separate from like relationship or partnership,

What are your love languages?

Are you getting your love languages met and are your partner,

Are your partner's love languages met?

Because,

You know,

Again,

Sometimes it's not about us,

Right?

Maybe it's something within our partner.

Are they getting their needs,

Wants,

And desires met?

Are they expressing their needs?

And that's why vision planning is so important.

A huge message time after time that comes through from these spirit babies is what's the plan?

Do we have a structure in place?

Are we forming those commitments?

Like if a baby was here tomorrow,

What are we doing?

How am I working?

How are we parenting together?

What is the plan for your family?

What are your core values?

What are your core beliefs?

In my conception membership,

WooMagic,

I just held a vision planning workshop.

I think it was earlier this month.

And it's like a whole exercise on literally the foundations of your family.

Like we create vision boards for the year ahead,

Right?

Like,

Oh,

These are all my goals.

But like we forget sometimes to dial it back,

Dial it down,

Hone in on our family.

Like what is our family system?

What is our family structure?

What are our beliefs?

What are our values?

Is our parenting in alignment?

This becomes the basis and the foundation of our family.

You know,

Like our family's 10 commandments,

If you will.

Like this is what our family,

This is the vision for my family.

This is what I ground into.

This is what I constantly come back to.

But also knowing that this vision can change as the kids get older,

As we get older,

This vision can change.

But what remains the same is our commitment,

Our love and our compassion in these values,

In this vision plan.

That alone is a huge thing for spirit babies.

Because like,

I'll never forget,

There was this one woman,

She's like,

I just,

All I want is a baby.

Like,

I just want a baby.

Like,

All I want to do is have a baby.

And she was just putting so much pressure on herself and her partner to have this baby.

And the baby was like,

We literally don't have the space.

Like,

We don't have the space as a family.

Like they were living in like a one bedroom apartment.

And that's saying that,

You know,

You can't raise a child in a one bedroom apartment.

But that's not what the baby was looking for.

And she was just like,

I don't want to say like an ignoring,

But a lot of like those checklist things she wasn't thinking about in her desperation to have a child.

And where did that desperation come from?

What was the void that wanted to be filled?

What was that narrative?

You know,

What was that wounded feminine attribute of her that felt like a baby would be the solution when the baby was like this?

Me coming here to earth is not the solution when there's huge foundational things that are out of alignment or that are misplaced,

Right?

So what are some of those things going back to the vision plan?

Like we are a family who doesn't have phones at the table.

We are a family who eats dinner every day.

Like we believe in kindness,

Love and compassion.

Like we're not doing traditional public school.

We're going to be doing homeschool.

Like what are some of those commitments?

What are some of those visions for your child?

And also declarations.

Like what are you committing to?

How are you showing up as a mother?

How are you showing up as a partner?

How's your partner showing up?

This is a great exercise for partners to do together.

How are you showing up?

How are you co-parenting?

What are your philosophies?

And that alone is like a really healing,

Cleansing thing.

But spirit babies know that you are doing your best.

That you are doing all the things that you can be doing.

And again,

Samira,

Sometimes it's literally timing.

Maybe this child is waiting for a specific time,

Specific reason.

I also had another client who literally the kids just wanted to be certain years apart.

I was like,

Oh,

It's interesting because they're showing me that they want to be a certain number of years apart from their sibling.

That was something in their contract.

So there's all these other things also that can contribute to why a spirit baby might not be coming through on our timing.

So how do we bond with these spirit babies?

Color frequency.

For anyone who's read the book,

The actual book,

Spirit Babies by Walter McKitchen,

He talks a lot about color frequency.

When I first discovered that book,

Probably 10 years or so ago,

Before I even got into this work,

Funny enough,

His meditations and exercises actually didn't resonate with me.

But when I did start doing this work,

I was like,

I get it now.

I understand why those exercises exist because spirit babies really do love speaking or vibrating on a different color frequency.

So if you've ever had a dream or a sense or knowing,

Maybe when you're meditating or getting acupuncture,

You see all of these colors.

Maybe for anyone who's done my spirit baby meditation,

Maybe you keep seeing purples or blues or orange.

Pay attention to those color frequencies because those are the color frequencies that you could literally wrap your energy in as you are consciously connecting to your child,

Bringing them forward.

So if you see a color frequency that's like purple,

Visualize your energy in purple.

Send healing energy,

Purple light energy,

Fill your home with purple flowers,

Do little touches of purple here and there in your environment,

Just to constantly anchor you and ground you back into the energy of that child.

And they will speak to you in that same way.

Visualization practice,

Like taking some time to be still,

Visualize your child,

Visualize your baby coming in closer,

Calling them in,

Inviting them into your energy,

Inviting them to communicate with you.

Remember the whole boundary thing?

I'm inviting my spirit baby to come talk to me,

To communicate with me.

Show me what color you are.

You want to be,

You know,

Surrounded by.

Just visualize you bringing the baby in and allow yourself to receive whatever messages,

You know,

Visualization and meditation kind of go hand in hand.

Allow yourself to receive whatever messages that might want to come through.

Let yourself be open to them.

Let yourself be surprised by them.

Maybe it's like,

You know,

My question today is,

What can I do to bring you earthside?

Like,

What can I do to conceive?

And maybe it's like,

Today you do nothing.

Today you find joy.

And that is messages,

You know,

Sometimes with my clients,

It's like,

Stop focusing on the baby and focus on you.

It's all about self-devotion.

The more that you focus on you,

The more that you actually focus on the baby.

The more that you put yourself first,

That you prioritize you.

Don't worry about the baby.

The baby will come.

The baby's on its way.

But the baby wants you to feel good,

To feel safe,

To feel comfortable,

To feel happy.

Because sometimes too,

During the conception process,

We become so obsessive about it.

We're like,

Baby,

Baby,

Baby,

Baby.

And then we start losing sight of ourselves because it's like,

We're just like a baby making machine.

We're like just tracking ovulation and doing all the things.

And then again,

It becomes a masculine process.

And then we're miserable because month after month,

We're like,

Disappointed,

Disgusted in ourselves.

We feel guilty.

We feel ashamed.

But sometimes when we let the process go,

When we're like,

Okay,

I'm just going to enjoy life.

Like,

I'm not going to worry about it.

I'm not going to put so much pressure on myself,

My body,

My partner.

Sometimes it's in those moments where we just let go.

And we trust and we just meditate and visualize and connect to the color frequency that it will actually happen.

But sometimes when we're obsessing about it and we're trying to control it too much because we want it to happen in our timing,

It's harder for the baby to come through.

And of course,

Speaking to them.

So speaking to them,

Like we said,

The boundaries.

I invite my baby to come in.

I invite myself to speak with my baby and allow them to come to you.

And those are our tips and tricks about spirit babies.
