This is a guided meditation with self Reiki,
Also known as a form of energy healing.
In this meditation we'll be creating healing space for your womb.
Make sure you are very comfortable in a seated position.
You can sit up on a pillow or a blanket or get comfortable in a chair.
Just make sure it is a quiet sacred space.
In this meditation you will connect to your sacred womb and consciously clear,
Heal and rebalance your body from the inside out.
Our womb area is our connection to creativity,
Pleasure and our own divine guidance.
Let's begin.
We'll start by placing our hands in prayer position in front of the heart.
Close your eyes and begin to visualize healing light as you activate Reiki energy healing into your palm chakras.
We'll take three deep breaths inhaling through the nose and exhaling out through your mouth.
Continue to take these deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and let your consciousness sink down into your pelvic bowl.
Now move your hands to your lower abdomen and take a healthy breath in and out as you hold your womb.
Visualize a bright healing light like the Sun,
A ball of healing light right into the center of your pelvic bowl.
Start to send your breath down deep into your abdomen and now see that healing light circling in your pelvic bowl.
As this light grows stronger it begins to spread into any body part that is holding on to shame,
Guilt,
Trauma or pain.
Just take some deep healing breaths and begin to repeat the mantra out loud or in your mind.

I I am listening and I feel you.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
And just continue to breathe and honor any emotions that arise that may have been holding you back.
This is a safe space to release these emotions that no longer serve you.
Now let your hands travel to your lower back.
Hold your lower back,
Which symbolizes the back door to your sacred womb.
Relax here and take three deep breaths in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Take these deep breaths and let your womb know that you are now ready and willing to restore balance and harmony to your sacred center.
You're now sending this healing light as it circles from the backside of your body,
Moving in another direction.
Encasing every cell in every organ in a vortex of healing,
Warm energy.
Just take a few more relaxing breaths in and out as you connect deeply to your body.
Let's go.
Okay.
Move your left hand now over your heart and your right hand below the navel.
Take a few deep breaths.
And let your womb know that you are listening to whatever she needs to share without judgment,
Without blame,
Without shame.
Just breathe and listen with your whole being.
As you breathe,
Feel your sacredness and let your womb know you honor the wisdom,
Magic,
And mystery retained within your womb.
Take a deep breath in and connect your heart directly down into your womb.
And let your womb know that you are listening to whatever she needs to share without shame.
Take a deep,
Full breath in.
Open the mouth and exhale the breath out.
Press your hands into your body and give yourself thanks for this opportunity to honor your womb at this time.
Start to bring awareness back into your body.
As you breathe in and out,
Just hold yourself.
And as we begin to make our way out of this healing session,
Take this time to think of something you can do for yourself to bring you pure pleasure in your body.
Begin to flutter your eyes open and have a beautiful day filled with self-love,
Creativity,
And pleasure.
