Namaste.
This is Christy and I will be guiding you through this meditation to help you feel more grounded and support you in accessing and connecting to your own inner light.
From that connection to your own inner light,
Allowing that glow to guide your path.
So please make your way into a comfortable restorative position.
You can be seated or lying down for this meditation.
Allow your eyes to close off.
Begin to relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Your eyes.
Just allow yourself to soften.
You have arrived to this practice to connect with healing light.
Perhaps just bringing some awareness to any feelings of ungroundedness.
So often we can get swept up in other people's energies and mistake it for our own.
So just noticing and observing if perhaps you've already given some energy away.
Perhaps to technology,
Other people.
Or maybe what ifs or worries.
And now begin to clear some of that out with deepening your breath.
Take a nice big full breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth and exhale the breath out.
Do that again.
Big full breath in.
Exhale the breath out.
Just noticing perhaps if you've been quite distanced from your breath.
And allow the awareness of deepening your breath to anchor you into this moment.
Feel the waves of breath move in,
Filling up your chest and your belly.
Feel that wave of life force as it starts to move through your body clearing exhale out.
Bringing your awareness to your hips,
Your legs and your feet.
And with an exhale breath just allow your lower body to get more and more grounded into the surface below you.
Inhale,
Feeling light in the chest,
The heart,
Up through the crown,
Reaching towards the heavens.
Exhaling,
Grounded,
Supported and stable into the earth.
Feeling the flow of this energy.
Seeing your whole body beginning to relax with ease.
And bring in a mantra connecting it to the breath.
On the inhale breath,
Repeat in your mind's eye,
Breathing in peace and exhaling,
Breathing out love.
Exhale I breathe in peace and exhale I breathe out love.
Just repeating that mantra with your breath.
Truly feeling your luminous field of energy that surrounds you getting more clear,
More vibrant.
Just allowing the breath and breathing in peace,
Breathing out love to fill this inner well within you.
And visualize a healing white light circling around your body starting at the crown of your head and all the way down to the soles of your feet.
Seeing this healing white light circling your physical and energetic body three times.
And within this light,
Using the breath and the mantra to continue to fill the circle of healing protective light around you with peace on the inhale and love on the exhale.
Accept this phase as the authors by precede you.
Just take a few more deep breaths in your healing bubble of protective light.
And allowing this protective bubble of light to carry with you for the rest of your day,
Night,
Week,
Year.
Knowing that you can always come back to deepening your breath,
Breathing in peace,
Breathing out love and choose to shift your energy in any moment in time.
Now with this shift in energy,
If you have the capacity to go out and share your inner light and glow that is unique to you,
Share that with the world around you.
And when we change our energy,
We change our life.
