Hello and welcome,
This is Clea from Growing Through Love.
So far I've been having a very intense or energetically draining kind of day.
So I thought this may be actually a good opportunity to just sit all together and connect with the awareness in our hearts.
So if you also are going through a challenging or emotionally tiring day,
You are welcome to sit with me and to bring the awareness in your heart,
Rising this frequency of love within us,
Of this connection with the divine.
So let's begin by making ourselves comfortable.
You can lay down or sit in a comfortable place and take a deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly.
Notice your belly expanding and release it slowly through your nose or your mouth.
You can choose to close your eyes or keep them open or half open,
Bringing the awareness to our breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breath without trying to change it,
Just notice and observe.
And when I'm trying to ground myself into the present moment,
While breathing,
I try to exhale slowly,
Making the exhale a bit longer than the inhale.
And notice the body relaxing.
Notice the muscles in your body.
Notice where you're holding the tension.
And imagine a shield,
A beautiful ball of light that can be like a bubble with a little sun in the center.
This sun is your heart and this bubble is all around your body.
As you bring your attention to your breath and body,
This source of energy expands and empowers and your body relaxes.
The tension in your muscles softens,
Lightens,
Becomes lighter.
You don't need to do anything other than being here now,
Bringing your awareness to this moment,
Calling your energy back to you.
And notice this beautiful source of light expanding more and more with each breath.
As you keep your awareness to your breathing,
That's all that you need to do.
Just notice and observe your breathing and your body.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice how everything is being taken care of and you can relax and surrender into this moment.
All you need to do is be here now.
All you need to do is to accept yourself as much or as little as you can and just keep bringing awareness into this moment.
Imagine breathing through your heart.
Imagine the joy or notice the joy that comes from breathing through your heart or the gratitude or any positive emotion that comes through breathing into your heart.
Just observe,
Even if it is just a little bit,
It can be a piece of calmness,
A relaxation or surrender or any emotion that you may notice.
Just let it be and appreciate its presence into your heart.
Appreciating also the beauty that exists within our hearts,
The connection with the divine through our hearts.
How beautiful is that?
How beautiful is that we are so connected with the creator?
How beautiful it is that we are so connected with our divine essence,
With the creator,
With the source of energy that we come from.
How beautiful it is that this source of energy exists within ourselves.
How beautiful it is that we are all interconnected in oneness.
And when you heal something in yourself,
You contribute to the collective healing of us all.
How beautiful is that?
Surrender yourself into this beautiful feeling of remembrance,
Of noticing,
Of inner knowing,
Of divine connections.
And notice your heart.
Notice your whole body.
Notice your breath.
Let's take a moment in just presence and acceptance and noticing whatever comes up,
Whatever our inner being wants to let us know.
As we focus in our breath,
The divine wisdom within us has the space and the surrender needed to let us know about the messages and the pieces of wisdom that can serve us best.
Our job is to surrender and to be present,
To be present with ourselves,
To be present with our breath and being and let the creator power,
The creator intelligence,
The divine intelligence orchestrate everything in a way that is beyond our comprehension.
Taking a deep breath in this knowing and releasing slowly.
And coming back into this present moment connected to a sense of greater awareness,
Connecting to your body,
Moving your feet and your arms or forearms slowly,
Slowly moving your legs,
Bringing your hands in the center of your chest and give gratitude to your heart.
Thank your body for everything that it is doing,
That it is trying so much to keep you healthy and safe and well.
Give thanks to your surroundings.
Give thanks to everything all around you.
You can even visualize this as a source of light,
Just a light coming from your heart into your space,
Into growing more and more into your neighborhood and into the entire city.
And you are part of this shift that is happening,
This shift in energy and frequency.
How beautiful is that?
And as you move through your day,
Remember this beautiful feeling,
Remember this message.
And be open for any piece of wisdom that may come to you from your inner knowing during your day,
During your days in the future,
Especially when you least expect it.
