Hello and welcome.
I'm really glad that you're here.
This is Clea and during this guided session I will be with you,
Staying in this moment,
Being present here and now.
Take a deep breath without forcing yourself,
Just a deep gentle breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly and exhale slowly through your mouth.
You can keep those beautiful eyes of yours open or closed,
Whatever feels more comfortable for you.
And another breath,
Gentle deep breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly and slowly exhaling through your mouth.
Notice your body,
Notice how your body is moving ever so slightly with each breath.
You can change the rhythm of your breath in one that feels more comfortable for you and notice the rhythm of your breath.
While observing your body,
Paying attention to the sensations in your body,
Your mind may wander in things that do not matter for now.
Whenever you catch your mind wandering,
Redirect your attention into this moment in your breath,
In the rhythm of your breath,
In the small movements of your body with each breath.
Paying attention to the sensations in your body with each breath and whatever emotions you may be feeling or that may come up,
Let them be without judging them,
Without trying to change them,
Simply let them be.
And any muscle that you may not need right now,
You can relax and release the tension in your shoulders,
In your thighs,
In your hands,
In your feet,
In your face,
The muscles of your face.
We hold tension there without realizing.
Give your body permission to relax and release.
Take a deep breath,
Filling your body with love and healing.
Take a deep breath,
Filling your body with love and acceptance.
And exhale through your mouth.
Deep exhale,
Releasing everything that does not serve you.
And you can sigh if you want to.
And another deep breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly.
Filling your body with love and acceptance with each breath and releasing the breath through your mouth slowly and releasing the tension and anything that does not serve you anymore.
Being in this moment in full acceptance of yourself,
In full acceptance of ourselves,
Just as we are in this moment,
Here and now.
And as we practice this mindfulness,
This awareness of the breath and the body,
Our brain and nervous system becomes programmed to a calmer state of being,
Which we can embody and embrace during the day.
Gifting ourselves a calmer state of being.
