Imagine you are standing in a beautiful field of flowers,
It's a lovely day,
The sun is shining on you and you feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face and on your body.
You see the beautiful flowers around you,
All the colors of the rainbow,
Different sizes,
Different flowers.
Maybe you see your favorite flower,
Maybe you see flowers you've never seen before and when you breathe in you smell that lovely scent of the flowers and then you sit on the ground for a moment,
Touching the ground with your hands and feeling the ground beneath you,
Feeling the energy of the earth and feeling your connection with the earth.
Feel how the earth supports you,
Carries you.
The earth is always there,
Always carrying you,
Always supporting you.
And I'd like you to set an intention for this breathwork.
How would you like to feel after this breathwork?
Use one word or just a few words and state how you would like to feel.
And then you repeat that word or the words in your head a couple of times.
Feel the earth beneath you.
See the flowers around you.
Feel the sunshine shining on you,
Feel its warmth.
Now it's time to start breathing into your belly,
Into your chest and out.
Just try it,
Discovering the breath.
Into your belly,

Feel your belly expand and then your chest and you breathe out.
Just try what feels best for you,
Maybe breathing more slowly,
Maybe breathing quickly.
Just experiment and listen to your body,
Feel how your body wants to do this.
Breathing through your mouth,
Into your belly,
Into your chest and out.
Keep going,
Finding your flow.
Into your belly,

Maybe experimenting a little with your mouth,
More open or more closed.
Feeling the difference.
Keep going even if you feel resistance,
That's just your mind resisting change.
Your mind thinks it's safe to stay where you are,
To stay the same,
But you are here because you want to change.
So keep going,
Keep breathing.
Into your belly,
Into your chest and out.
Even if you feel the resistance,
Keep going.
And now it's time to start letting go.
Keep breathing into your belly,
Into your chest and out.
And imagine letting go anything that is holding you back from feeling that you are enough.
Anything that someone said to you in the past that made you feel like you're not enough.
Anything that happened that made you feel like you're not good enough.
Keep breathing and know that you are releasing it all.
It's time to release these negative thoughts,
These negative feelings about yourself.
Because they are not who you are.
Keep breathing and let it go.
Anything that is making you feel insecure or anything that is making you doubt yourself.
And baby,
All these things have served you in the past,
But they are not serving you anymore.
So keep breathing into your belly,
Into your chest and out.
And let it go,
Let all this negativity go today,
Right now,
Here in this moment.
Keep breathing.
It's time now to remember that you are enough.
Because you are enough.
Oh yes you are.
You have always been enough.
And you always will be enough.
And it's time to remember that.
Your soul knows it.
Keep breathing and let your soul speak to you.
Feel that you are enough.

No matter what you did or didn't do in the past.
You are enough.

This is not the truth.

And just feel your body.
