
I Am Enough - Energizing Breathwork For Self-Love
You are enough the way you are. It’s time to remember that. To feel it in every fiber of your being. To remember on a soul level that you are always enough. This upbeat breathwork is like a supercharged meditation, adding magic and healing with every breath. This practice starts with a short visualization to help you ground. The breathwork starts after a few minutes. Please do this lying down. We’ll use the tri-active breath, a three-step pattern: in through your mouth in two parts (first into your belly, then into your chest), and out through your mouth. For a more gentle experience, or if you're pregnant, breathe in through your nose instead of your mouth. Breathwork can sometimes cause lightheadedness or cramping.
