Worries,

Whatever is going on in your mind in this moment,

Imagine all these thoughts,

All this energy as clouds.

Just imagine your head filled with clouds.

No matter the color,

You can give them any color you like.

And then imagine a soft breeze gently blowing the clouds out of your head,

Clearing your mind,

Clearing your thoughts,

Bringing you clarity,

A calm mind,

Making you ready for a beautiful day.
