Pressure as you scan your body.
Now be with your breath and notice the natural rhythm and tide of your easy breath.
Place attention on your heart area and imagine breathing in and out from here.
Gather a sense of gratefulness for waking safe in this space today.
Grateful for breath,
Life force energy,
For simply being.
