Hello,

My name is Kiri Langford and welcome to this beautiful visualization envisioning your fall into the new year.

When you are ready,

Let's come into a comfortable position and take a moment to connect to our breath.

Feeling the air as you breathe in,

Feeling the air as you breathe out.

Taking deep breaths in and long,

Slow exhales out.

When your exhales longer than your inhales,

Continue to focus on your breath.

Coming back into normal breathing.

And let's picture yourself on the last day of this year.

Who are you on New Year's Eve?

On the last day of this year,

Where are you and what do you see?

Who are the people you are surrounded by?

As you are about to go into the new year,

Reflect on everything you've accomplished this past year and fall.

Big or small,

What comes to mind that you have accomplished?

What are you proud of yourself for being able to accomplish?

Continue to get a clear picture on what you were able to accomplish in the last few months of this year.

What challenges came up this fall and how did you overcome them?

In the challenging times,

How did you continue to stay committed to your goals?

Come back to picturing yourself on New Year's Eve and how it feels knowing you set your mind to something and you are able to bring it to life.

How does it feel overcoming all your obstacles and achieving your vision for yourself this fall?

Take a moment to thank yourself for everything you've accomplished this year and fall.

Coming back to this current moment and what's one step you can apply to bring this accomplishment to life?

When you are ready,

Release your vision and come back to focusing on your breath,

Feeling the air as you breathe in,

Feeling the air as you breathe out.

When you are ready,

You can slowly start to come back to the space around you,

Wiggling your hands and toes,

Maybe coming into a nice stretch and thank you for your time.
