Hello,

My name is Kiri and in this visualization we are going to be envisioning ourselves five years from now.

So when you are ready,

You can come into a comfortable position and we can take a moment to close down our eyes and to connect to our breath.

Placing one hand on our chest and one hand on our belly.

Focusing on keeping the hand on your chest nice and steady and feel the hand on your belly rise and fall as you breathe in and out.

Lengthening your exhales as you breathe out,

Continuing to feel your hand on your belly rise and fall.

Continue to feel your breath,

Lengthening your exhales and feeling the sensation of your breath on your hand.

Taking one more deep breath and relax your hands and come back to normal breathing.

Bring your focus to a big goal of yours you want to achieve in the next five years.

It might be scary to even think it's possible but I want you to go there,

Dream big.

Who is this ideal version of you in five years?

Picture yourself achieving this goal,

Bring yourself to this moment now,

That moment right after you have achieved your goal.

What does it look like to accomplish your goal?

Get a picture and experience as vivid as possible,

Bringing in all of your senses.

First let's focus on our vision.

Where are you?

What do you see?

Who are the people around you?

Next auditory,

What do you hear?

What are the sounds around you?

Next your sense of touch.

Are you touching or leaning on anything?

Is there anything you can smell or taste?

If so,

Bring those senses in.

If nothing comes up,

That's okay.

Continue to focus on a vivid picture with your other senses.

Lastly and most importantly,

How do you feel?

How does it feel to move past,

Move the past behind you,

Move past the fear,

The smallness,

The procrastination,

Doubts and shyness to overcome and step into your highest potential?

How does it feel to put in all the work and achieve this goal?

Do you feel proud,

Accomplished,

Overjoyed?

What are the feelings that come over you?

Continue to bring in all your senses and how it feels to live out your goal and recreate the same scenario over and over again.

If your thoughts start to wander,

That's okay.

Just notice and bring your attention back to the experience of achieving your goal.

Smile and open your heart as you take it all in.

You are here to do great things.

You have the capacity to accomplish so much in this lifetime.

Take it in everything that you see.

Take it in everything that you feel and trust that this memory will be shown to you again and again.

Releasing your visualization of your future self and come back to where you are today.

Notice yourself,

What can I start doing today that can help guide me closer to my goal?

If the dream is in you,

It is for you.

Remember this vision,

This feeling of achieving your goal and when times get tough,

Connect back to this goal and these feelings.

Continue to check in with where you are at and know each new day you can come back to stepping into an alignment of achieving your goals.

When you are ready,

You can bring your focus back to your breathing,

Feeling the air as you breathe in,

Feeling the air as you breathe out.

When you are ready,

You can slowly start to come back to the space around you,

Maybe starting to wiggle your hands and toes,

Coming into a little bit of a stretch.

Before you get up and go too far,

I recommend grabbing a journal and taking some time to reflect on the goals that came up for you.

And there we go.
