Welcome to this mindfulness meditation where we connect to an external bell to help bring us back to the present moment.
When you are ready,
Come into a comfortable position,
Bringing your spine nice and neutral.
Let's take a few moments to connect to our breath,
Feeling the air as you breathe in,
Feeling the air as you breathe out.
Take a moment to scan through your body,
Softening and releasing any obvious areas of physical tension you may be holding in your body.
With your eyes closed,
Bring your gaze to the middle of your eyebrows,
To the location of your third eye.
For this meditation practice,
There will be a bell every 20 seconds.
With each bell,
Listen very carefully to the entirety of the bell until you no longer hear it.
