This is a beautiful meditation to use to start off your day with intent.

When you are ready,

Come into a comfortable position,

Bringing your spine nice and neutral.

And let's take a few moments to scan through your body,

Softening and releasing any obvious areas of physical tension you may be holding.

Releasing any tension you may be holding in your face,

Your jaw,

Relaxing your traps,

Shoulders,

And all the way down your arms.

Releasing any tension in your torso,

Hips,

And all the way down your legs to the tips of your toes.

Releasing any tension in your torso,

Hips,

And all the way down your legs to the tips of your toes.

When you are ready,

Let's connect to the sounds around you.

There is no need to control anything.

There is nothing you need to be doing right now,

But bring your awareness to the sounds around you.

You have nowhere else to be,

Nowhere else to go.

Just be here in the present moment and connect to the beautiful sounds around you.

Let's take a few moments to scan through your body.

Just let the sounds around you come and go.

If a thought comes in,

Let it come in and then go.

Letting that thought come and go and coming back to the sounds around you.

Listening as if something very interesting is being said,

Quietly off in the distance.

Letting that thought come and go.

Letting that thought come and go.

Letting that thought come and go.

Letting that thought come and go.

Anytime you notice your mind wander,

That is okay.

Just notice and bring your attention back to the sounds around you.

Letting that thought come and go.

Let's take a moment to set an intention for the day.

How are you wanting to show up?

Who is the person that you want to be today?

Take a moment now to visualize how it feels to live out your intentions.

Finishing up your visualization and bringing your attention back to your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and on the exhale release your jaw and breath out.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Last big deep inhale and fully relaxing on the exhale.

Taking your time,

Coming back to the space around you,

Starting to wiggle our toes,

Wiggle our hands.

Maybe you want to get into a little bit of a stretch and when you are ready,

Opening up our eyes to the space around you.
