Hi,

Curie here and in this visualization,

I will start with some breathing then guide you through a visualization for upcoming competition or event where you want to perform your best.

So when you are ready,

Let's close down our eyes and let's bring one hand on our belly and the other on our chest.

Focusing on breathing deeply into your belly and your bottom hand rising and falling while keeping the hand on your chest nice and stable.

As we breathe,

Breathing in for a count of three and lengthening that exhale and breathing out for a count of six.

Continue focusing on feeling your breath in your belly counting in for a count of three and out for a count of six.

For the last few breaths,

We will continue with our counting and let's bring our focus to the space between our two eyebrows.

Gazing your eyes between your two eyebrows as you breathe in for three out for six.

Finishing up that last exhale and coming back into normal breathing and relaxing the gaze of your eyes.

Let's visualize yourself achieving your desired and goal for your upcoming event or competition.

Where are you and who are you with and how does it feel to put in all that hard work and achieve your goal?

You believed,

You committed and you worked hard.

Take a moment to soak it all in as you visualize yourself achieving your end goal.

Now fast forward to performing in this event.

What process goals did you focus on to help you perform your best and achieve this end outcome?

Take a few moments now to visualize yourself showcasing your process goals.

Bring in the feeling and state you are in as you execute your process goals.

If your mind starts to wander just notice and come back to visualizing your process goals.

Finishing up your last time through your visualization and come back to focusing on your breath.

Feeling the air as you breathe in feeling the air as you breathe out and when you are ready,

You can slowly start to come back to the space around you and trust that you have it in you to achieve your goals that you can commit,

Work hard and stay focused on your process goals.
