Awakening between 3 and 5 a.
M.
If you've woken up in the quiet hours between 3 and 5 in the morning,
Know that this is not a mistake.
This moment is sacred,
A doorway between your conscious and subconscious mind.
A time when your body rests,
But your inner world is open,
Receptive,
And deeply creative.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let's do this again.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing fresh energy to fill your lungs.
Exhale,
Releasing any tension that might still linger from your day or your dreams.
One last time,
Breathe in calm,
Clear energy,
And breathe out everything that no longer serves you.
Feel your body begin to soften,
Your head resting heavy on the pillow,
Your shoulders melting into the bed,
Your belly rising and falling effortlessly with your breath.
You are safe,
You are supported,
You are exactly where you're meant to be.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Imagine breathing in and out through your heart.
Each inhale drawing in peace,
Each exhale releasing resistance.
As you breathe through your heart,
Begin to feel a gentle warmth building there.
The energy of gratitude,
Love,
And calm.
You might think of something you're grateful for,
Someone you love,
A simple joy.
Just the stillness of this very moment.
Let that feeling expand in your chest.
Let it radiate through your entire body,
Spreading to your arms,
Your hands,
Your legs,
Your feet.
You are filled with light.
Now,
As you rest in this space between night and day,
Between dreaming and waking,
Allow yourself to imagine the energy of your new day.
What would it take for this day to unfold beautifully?
What if everything aligned with ease and flow?
What if your heart led the way in every decision and your mind followed in calm clarity?
See yourself waking with a light heart,
Moving through your day,
Feeling grounded,
Inspired,
And open.
Repeat quietly in your mind.
Today,
I choose peace.
Today,
I choose joy.
Today,
I allow life to flow through me with ease.
Feel these words vibrating softly through your body.
Your cells listening,
Responding.
Now,
If your body still longs for sleep,
Allow yourself to drift back into a deep,
Restorative rest where your heart stays open and your mind remains calm.
Your body knows what to do.
It is healing,
Restoring,
And preparing you for the most beautiful day ahead.
If instead you feel awake and energized,
Simply stay with your breath for a few moments longer,
Feeling gratitude for this sacred pause,
For this quiet moment to connect with yourself before the world begins to stir.
I am ready for a beautiful day.
Take one last deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel your body sink deeper into comfort,
Mind clear.
Whether you drift back into sleep or awaken into the new day,
You carry this peaceful frequency with you,
A state of being that attracts ease,
Clarity,
And joy.
You are the creator of your day.
