The violet flame is sometimes referred to as “a sacred fire of transformation” – receiving the highest frequencies that you are capable of receiving at this moment. For this guided exercise, I ask you to focus on one aspect of our life where you would like to experience change. Focus on one – Think of a part your life where you feel stuck or blocked and allow that to come up to be released, shifted and transmuted by the violet flame.

Transcript

The violet flame is sometimes referred to as the sacred fire of transformation.

The color violet has one of the highest vibrational frequencies and is the reason why it is associated with the crown chakra.

The crown chakra,

Which is a center of energy located on the top of your head,

Is your link to all that is divine and sourced energy.

For all this guided exercise,

I ask you to focus on one aspect of your life where you would like to experience change.

Focus on one.

You could always do this exercise again to work on another struggle or another aspect of your life.

Think of a part of your life where you feel stuck or blocked and allow that to come up to be released,

Shifted and transmuted by the violet flame.

I recommend doing this exercise laying down,

But you could also do this exercise sitting upright.

You are going to start by preparing your body to release all stuck energy and anything that no longer serves you.

Bring your attention to your toes.

We're going to start with our toes.

And as you inhale,

Flex the muscles in your toes and feet by curling your toes in and hold this for five seconds as you hold your breath.

And as you exhale,

Relax your muscles all at once.

And you're going to work up your body,

Tightening your muscles as you inhale,

Holding it for five seconds and releasing all that all at once as you exhale,

Allowing for a deep letting go and relaxation.

To tighten your calf muscles,

Point your feet towards your head.

Hold for five seconds and relax as you exhale.

Moving up to your thighs,

Clench your thighs as you inhale.

Hold for five seconds and release.

Press your buttocks together tightly as you inhale.

Hold.

Let go as you exhale,

Relaxing your buttocks and hips.

Tighten your stomach as tight as possible as you inhale and hold for five seconds.

And relax.

As you inhale,

Arch your back,

Pulling your shoulders back and hold.

As you exhale,

Release the position.

Touch your hands into fists and flex your biceps.

Hold for five seconds.

As you exhale,

Let go.

Point your chin to your chest to release your neck muscles.

As you exhale,

Relax.

As you inhale,

Point your chin to the ceiling,

Extending your neck as far as possible without straining.

And come back as you exhale.

Tightening your face muscles by scrunching your face and hold for five seconds.

And relax.

Just take notice of your body now as it has already begun the process of letting go.

Feel yourself sinking deeper into whatever is supporting you,

Your bed,

The chair,

The couch.

Visualize above your head a violet light,

Beautiful deep purple light,

Allowing you to receive the frequencies that you are capable of receiving at this moment.

Releasing toxicity.

Chords.

Dramatic memories.

Locked in your body,

Related to that one aspect of your life you want to work on.

Clearing.

Releasing.

Dissolving.

Transmuting.

The violet flame has the ability to transform and purify all limitations and blockages.

See yourself being enveloped by this violet flame.

Allow this healing energy to restore you to wholeness.

Reflecting within your body and in your aura,

The energetic field that surrounds your body.

Use this light to tap into your strength and courage to move forward,

Feeling confident and supported.

See the violet flame rise above your head now and return to source.

Taking a few deep breaths and coming back into your body feeling grounded.

Take some gentle movements and open your eyes,

Feeling fresh and awake and ready for your day.
