Join us in letting go of stress by allowing the body to arrive in the present moment and letting the nervous system settle. As we create more perceived safety within, the jaw can then follow and relax as well. It's very simple in many ways. However, do remember: daily consistency beats a single practice every time. This is why it's important to come back to this one or similar tracks to check-in and build safety within yourself. Don't worry if your jaw is not yet ready to relax much - this can take time. It's all part of the process. You can't rush your healing. Let us know how it supports you :) All the best, The Kieferfreund Team Music by: Marco Rinaldo Recording, Mix & Master: Felix New

So yeah just noticing the space where you're resting,

Sitting so the contact with whatever you're sitting on just starting to explore all of that a little bit and as you do that your body might start to come into your awareness as well so you might notice that you actually your shoulders might be a bit tense or other parts of your body so just noticing as you're arriving where you are you might also notice your breath where it's flowing how it's flowing maybe you notice how your breath shifts a little bit becomes a bit lower a bit slower when i say lower i just mean noticing how your breath happens in your belly not just in your chest and then coming back to the surfaces that are supporting you so feeling your feet the sensations that you pick up with your feet solid earth and whatever else is holding you where you are right now allowing your shoulders to soften and remembering you don't have to achieve some level of relaxation right now you can't fail it's all really about showing up and being here that's already the achievement anything else is just noticing being with and doing your best as you arrive more fully into this moment not the past not the future this moment here see if you can sense that this moment is safe there is nothing to do right now we don't need to be in protection mode because right now is just a moment of rest just being here with our imperfect but beautiful human experience checking in with the breath anchoring you here maybe there's also some sounds that you can hear in the distance or nearby or just the sound of silence all of it giving you the feedback that you're safe where you are you can rest and just see if your jaw also gets that message that right now is a moment of rest just being here being present nothing to do nothing to protect it's okay it's okay to rest and if it does just a little bit then you might notice that it softens a bit and clenches it's different for everyone different every moment but just welcoming that that wants to unfold just a natural byproduct of resting in the moment where you are moment of rest moment of safety and then just holding a whole body awareness it's not about being aware of every single part of your body but just generally being aware that you're here alive breathing present and ready to face whatever is to come with a bit more groundedness a bit more centeredness knowing you can always check in with your body with this moment with yourself and then really slowly coming back into the space you're in just maybe wiggling fingers and toes taking your time this is just a short practice but hopefully it helps you to feel a bit more grounded within yourself for your jaw to realize that moments of safety exist and more ease can be present we hope you enjoyed this meditation all the best the Keefer Affluence team
