So today I would like to share with you a very effective exercise to relax your jaw.

You can do this exercise every time you feel that your jaw is very tight,

There's lots of tension in your jaw,

Maybe because of some stressful situations or when you clenched your teeth at night or grinded your teeth.

So you can do this exercise everywhere at any time.

Okay,

Let's do it together right now.

So please place your fingers below your chin and use them to push up your chin as if you were trying to close your jaw.

And at the same time you're pushing downwards with your lower jaw as if you were trying to open the jaw.

So hold this pressure for five seconds and repeat it five times.

Let's go!

This is a great way to help loosen tension in the jaw, quickly. I had an accident 7 months ago, falling on the right side of my body and head. I have a lot of pain, around the TMJ joint, head and face. As well, when I open my mouth to eat or drink something, I have a loud pop in the joint. I'm wondering if this exercise will be enough to recover? Or, do you have other videos I could follow, as well? Thank you!
