Welcome to this nature inspired Draw,
Relaxation meditation.
The trees show us how natural and important letting go really is.
In the autumn,
The trees let their leaves fall.
Letting go.
It is just part of their being,
Having leaves and not having leaves.
There is no resistance to letting go,
No holding on to the leaves.
We tend to be a little bit different.
We tend to cling on to things that we call good and resist and push away things that we call unpleasant or bad.
That's very common and we're not alone if we do that.
But what would happen if we were open to everything?
Like nature,
Open to everything that just happens.
Pay attention to your draw.
What is going on in your draw?
What emotions and feelings are here?
Can you be open to all of it?
Even if it is something that historically you would have pushed away and called bad.
Can you listen to what it's telling you?
What it's trying to communicate with you?
As you breathe calmly through the nose,
In and out.
Being with everything.
The true meaning of well-being is in the name being.
Being with everything.
Not a fake sense of happiness that we put on and push away everything that feels slightly prickly.
Instead listening to the intelligence and appreciating the amazing intelligence of our body.
How it's perfectly reacting to our environment.
Any physical disbalances.
Any disbalances in our environment.
Perfectly responding and reacting.
So having tapped into this openness without holding on or pushing away.
Can you trust that as you are part of nature that just like the trees,
This process will take its natural cause for you?
Everything happening by itself without you having to push away or hold on.
You can simply be aware and enjoy this experience.
Learning along the way.
Getting stronger.
And appreciating life.
The gift it is to see another day,
Another moment.
Slowly coming back into this room or wherever you are.
Bringing attention into your body.
Just checking in if there's anything you want to remember from today.
Maybe just dropping your shoulders,
Making sure your jaw is relaxed.
And then getting ready to carry on with your day or night.
