Many of us experience ‘jaw stress’ these days. By jaw stress we mean tension that manifests in the jaw that is caused by our stressful environment. Join us for our unique approach that draws on dental science, speech therapy, mindfulness and yoga. The jaw plays a central role for the entire human being. The degree of tension in the jaw affects us physically, mentally and emotionally. For this reason, a holistic approach to the jaw is necessary. If the jaw is tense, it is not possible to be in balance, or only possible with a great deal of effort. Jaw Yoga is also called the 'Yoga of the 5th Chakra' because it is directly linked with the throat chakra.
