Sometimes we're tired but the body can't relax. Stress and tension from the day, or even from a long time ago, can get stuck in the body. This usually affects the mind negatively, and on the loop goes. This session can help your body release pent-up physical, mental, and emotional stress, naturally helping you relax into sleep. No tapping experience needed. Just follow along. Tapping Instructions Tap with the hand that feels most natural. Tap on either side of the body. You can stay on one side, alternate, or use both. Tap as hard or as soft as you like, or massage the points. Signs of Shifts Yawning, deep breaths, sighing, stretching, tears, laughter, or tiredness. What to Expect Some notice big shifts, some notice something in between, and some not much. Sometimes it can take a little time, like the snowflakes in a snow globe settling. This session can work wonders as part of a pre-sleep ritual. Please note: because this session encourages deep relaxation and sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
