Thank you for being here,

Dear soul.

I'm Kenneth,

And with a smile in my heart,

I welcome you to this guided meditation.

I am honored,

Privileged,

And grateful for this opportunity to be your guide now,

To connect and co-create with you.

I thank you for your trust.

Make yourself as comfortable as you want to be,

While these words flow peacefully and intentionally to you.

And your conscious mind may be aware of many things.

Your unconscious mind has already started the deep process of allowing healing and transformation to manifest now in a safe and natural way.

In the pace and rhythm that you are ready for now,

You can close your eyes while relaxing deeper into your breathing,

Noticing the rising and falling of your breathing.

Drifting deeper and deeper into levels of well-being,

Peace,

And harmony.

You don't need to do anything.

You are free.

And if you want,

You can breathe deeper.

Maybe you can imagine the life force that you are breathing turning into a golden light,

Silver light,

Violet light,

Or whatever color may enter your mind now.

Just go with it.

And one can appreciate the intelligence and wisdom one's body has to release and let go into relaxation.

And maybe you can allow your attention to flow down,

Down and down into your feet.

Some may feel a tingling sensation,

A heaviness,

Numbness,

Or something else.

Or nothing at all.

Because you are unique.

Only you can experience your experience now.

There is only one you.

The universe would not be the same without you.

And even if it may be a big thought to ponder,

It is the truth.

Because you bring a unique energy to the world.

Your light,

Your heart,

And your soul.

And your consciousness expands and aligns with your higher self more and more now.

Imagine in your own way that you are traveling through time and space.

A time and a place of peace,

Love,

And unity.

Maybe a place in nature.

This place in nature may look exactly like the nature you are used to.

Or it may resemble it.

Or maybe it's completely different.

Imagine that you are there now,

In that special place.

Let a sense of your surroundings,

The colors,

The ground beneath you,

The air,

Sounds.

Allow things to unfold naturally.

You can trust that your unconscious mind gives you the experience that is right for you.

And you are doing good.

Imagine closing your eyes,

Smiling and breathing freely.

When you open your eyes,

Imagine that the fire of violet light is burning in front of you.

And it seems like the fire is positioned in the center of some sacred geometry symbol or in the center of a circle,

Triangle,

Or some other shape.

Go with whatever comes to you.

And around the violet flame,

Loving entities start to encircle the flame with you.

They may show themselves as mentors,

Ancestors from indigenous tribes,

Spiritual guides,

Archangels,

Ascended masters,

Your future self,

Your inner child,

Your higher self.

These entities,

These higher beings are there to help and support you now,

In pure love.

And for the highest good of all.

These energies are here for you.

It is safe to trust,

Allowing them to join you in this sacred place.

They are smiling to you,

Indicating that you have come so far,

Even at times when you may have felt lonely or lost.

It's been a part of the process.

It has pushed you and guided you to this moment,

Reminding you that there is a higher perspective on all things,

And you are an important part of the whole.

Those in circle bring their hands together now,

Sending a surge of pure love,

Power and wisdom through you.

And you are protected and guided now by the loving beings around you.

I am asking your higher self now to soon project old energy of blame and judgement into the violet flame.

All your unconscious thoughts,

Beliefs and behavioural patterns that are linked to blaming and judging are rooted in fear,

Locked inside specific karmic events that you have experienced in this lifetime and past lives.

It is time now to let go of that karmic density that is no longer serving your higher good.

The energy formed by the circle and the violet flame creates a space for deep healing to take place.

Your body's intelligence knows exactly how to safely discharge this karmic density.

Your job is to be courageous and present in your body.

I am asking your unconscious mind to safely take you through this process in the way that is right for you.

You are safe.

You are a brave soul.

I am counting from three to one.

When I come to one,

Your heart will open and project the core events and beliefs that are keeping you in an unwanted loop of blame,

Judgement and fear into the violet flame.

Three,

Two,

One.

Now imagine the violet flame absorbing the energy of all beliefs and events that you hold,

Pulling it out of every fibre and cell of your body.

Cleansing you on the deepest level now.

Know that it is safe to feel emotions and body sensations.

It is safe and normal to cry if you need to.

It is safe and normal to shake if you need to.

It is safe to move your body if you need to.

Breathe a bit deeper now through your nose.

Surrendering to the process.

Allowing yourself to let go.

Take your time.

You are safe and protected by the powerful energy of the circle.

You are safe and protected by your subconscious mind.

You are guided and protected by universal wisdom and intelligence.

Surrendering the learning and wisdom in a way that supports and empowers you on every level of your being now.

And with time,

This energy transforms to love,

Power and wisdom.

Igniting the flame,

Burning stronger and brighter now.

Imagine that inside the violet flame,

The shadow aspect of you that blames and judges,

That shadow you there is standing inside the violet flame now.

And you look into the eyes of that you there inside the flame.

Choose to see and feel that you there through the lens of unconditional love and forgiveness.

That you there inside the flame thanks you.

Shows you deep gratitude for their compassion and understanding.

Sending you waves of deep appreciation for choosing to do this healing process.

That part of you has been living in the dark for a long time.

And now,

Finally,

It's being seen.

As in life,

When someone feels seen,

Heard and understood,

They open up.

They soften,

They trust you.

And that you inside the flame see the bigger picture now.

Understanding the purpose and importance of this meeting.

That it is time to move on.

Imagine that you there inside the flame,

Transforming into a three year old child.

Looking deeply into your eyes with pure innocence.

All that little child wants is love.

Your love.

Imagine now walking into the flame.

Sitting down on your knees and embrace that little you with all of your heart.

Now gently can someone who artistically decided to get a reality check like that.

If there is something you need to say to that little you,

Then you can do so now.

And if there is something that little you wants to tell the grown up you,

Then so it is.

What are you doing?

I haven't had anything.

The circle of higher love-light wisdom surrounding you,

They communicate with you now in unison.

One voice,

One energy,

One heart.

You are on the awakening path,

You are healing and peeling off layers of stagnant energy that has served you only this far,

But no more.

Like a tree letting go of the leaves,

They serve the purpose for a while.

And a tree lets go when it is time.

You are upgrading and expanding your consciousness.

Your heart is expanding and opening up wider now.

As an adult,

You are the only person responsible for how you respond to life and the challenges it serves you,

Because all that you experience happens for you.

And you will see,

Hear,

Feel and know this only when you choose to view life through the lens of love,

The lens of learning,

Growth and expansion.

Aligning now with the inner power,

Courage and freedom that you always have access to within you.

Activate it now.

From now on,

You will feel more and more calm and focused to do the things that you want to do,

More calm and focused than you have felt in a long time.

That inner peace and positive focus you have now is going to grow tonight in your sleep,

In your dreams.

The effect of these words will be reinforced in your dreams,

Compounded in your sleep.

You'll wake up tomorrow feeling marvelous,

Looking forward to another great day in your life.

You feel calm,

You feel relaxed,

You feel confident and courageous to do all the things that you want to do.

And situations that used to bother you,

Why now they just relax you,

Why now they just strengthen you,

While now they just activate the courage and confidence within you to stand up for yourself,

To stand your ground,

To set boundaries,

To be yourself.

You are the calm one,

The confident one,

The positive thinker in any situation,

Anywhere,

Anytime you can do it.

You feel good,

You feel calm and you feel relaxed,

You are very special and you can feel that inner power and harmony now to do the things that you want to do.

Each day as you become increasingly more able to let go and relax as you're now doing,

So you feel a sense of calmness and peacefulness growing within you.

And this growing feeling of inner calmness and quiet confidence is sufficient to reassure you that as each day passes,

You are more and more becoming the person you love to be,

The ideal you,

The authentic you.

You breathe easily in a relaxed way,

You are detached and centered,

You feel at ease being yourself,

You feel comfortable in yourself in who you really are,

A beautiful,

Loving and radiant soul in a human body.

You can begin to experience a greater and greater sense of joy in your life now.

And as each day passes,

You become happier,

Healthier,

Fulfilled and totally at ease in yourself.

You are safe,

You accept that you are you,

A loving soul,

You radiate goodness and your radiance affects all of your life in every way.

And you are grateful for this deep healing that you have gone through now and will continue to go through for as long as you need,

Aligning with your higher self,

With your higher heart to the one heart consciousness,

To unconditional love.

Knowing that the path you are walking on now is unfolding constantly as you walk,

You walk it like you mean it,

With confidence,

Bravery and integrity.

Imagine that the baby you are becoming transparent,

At the same time your heart opens and the baby you is absorbed into the secret chamber of your heart,

Where the flame of source energy burns.

Your guides surrounding you transform to light now,

And they come together as a ball of light hovering over your head now,

Entering the top of your head and circulating through your whole body.

Imagine exhaling this energy out from your fingertips,

Out from the soles of your feet and emanating it from your heart.

And the violet flame is reflecting to you everything you need to integrate and reinforce in this healing process.

And every time you think about the violet flame or you choose to repeat this meditation session,

You will deepen your healing process and awaken resources and activation codes within your DNA,

Your auric field and your subconscious mind that supports and inspires you to stay aligned on your path,

Following your purpose,

Your heart and soul.

So now I'd like you to enjoy a few moments of silence,

During which all of these valuable ideas and beneficial words make a deep and lasting impression upon your subconscious mind.

I want to ask you now to put your attention on your body,

Your feet,

Your hands.

You have chosen to be alive here in this time and space,

Imagine breathing a golden,
