Let's start this process by doing some deeper breathing.
Inhaling through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Open up your chest.
Open up your heart.
Listen with your heart.
Imagine that the empowering and loving words that I share now are your words.
That they are your reality.
You don't need to remember them or repeat them.
Just allow them to wash over you.
Like standing in a waterfall of golden liquid light.
Only that which is for the highest good on your path will be absorbed and reinforced by your body,
Your mind,
Heart,
And spirit.
Let's begin.
My dearest intuition,
Thank you for being in my life.
I know you have knocked on my door so many times through the years,
And I haven't listened fully.
Forgive me.
I love you.
I thank you.
I intend to live my life fully.
I intend to live authentically from my heart.
I intend to activate and live my life purpose.
Inviting you into my whole being.

Into my physical,
Mental,
And emotional body.

I know that you will demand of me to practice trusting myself and the universe every day,
In every moment.
And I admit that I have many times found it challenging to discern between what is guidance from my higher self,
And what is guidance from my ego.
I am setting the intention now.
I will practice listening to you from now on,
And trust in the guidance that I graciously receive.
I am trusting my inner voice.
I am trusting my inner compass.
I choose to trust my body.
I am opening up to receiving waves of pure love-light wisdom and guidance that pierces through all false illusions.
Aligned with the highest truth in every moment.
I am willing to live my truth.
Living as the authentic spiritual warrior of light that I am.
I am the light of the heart.
I am courageously choosing to expand my consciousness and open up my heart.
Wide open.
I am invoking universal wisdom and intelligence,
Loud and clear.
Speak to me.
Speak through me.
Speak within me.
I am eternally grateful for the higher guidance flowing through me.
I am connected to all that is.
I am all that is,
A beautiful,
Wise and loving soul.
I am light.
I am the light of wisdom.
I am the light of consciousness.
I am the light of the heart.
I am a powerful co-creator of life,
And the more I listen to my true inner guidance,
The more easily I navigate through all the lessons I have chosen to experience here on planet Earth.
I have been given life to experience life through my emotions.
Life is a buffet of emotions.
All emotions are teachers.
If I feel a low vibrational emotion,
That is simply feedback that I am disconnected from my higher self.
I am patiently and willingly learning from my emotions.
They are telling me if I am on track.
I am inviting intuition to speak through my physical body,
My mind and my emotions.
I am welcoming clarity in my awareness,
Clarity in guidance,
And most of all courage and strength to follow the guidance I am given.
My intuition is my superpower.
My intuition is my true friend.
Guidance won't always come in the form I consciously expect it to.
Therefore I am honing my listening skills,
Listening with all my senses,
Now.
I am welcoming universal wisdom and love to circulate in my body,
Increasing the golden liquid light flowing through my veins.
I am healing deeply.
I am expanding in love,
In wisdom,
In power.
I am bathing in the river of clear inner knowing.
I love to have empowering conversations with myself.
I am a truth seeker seeking to live my highest truth.
My heart knows things that my mind cannot comprehend.
My body's intelligence is superior to my logic.
My body speaks to me all the time.
It tells me when I am aligned.
It tells me when I need to realign.
Now is the time to cherish my intelligent,
Wise and precious body,
The sacred temple of my consciousness,
Heart and soul.
My intuitive guidance may be far from logical at times.
To follow my inner compass will push me to massive growth.
And that growth is not always comfortable.
So what if it's not comfortable?
That gives me an even greater opportunity to grow and expand to higher levels of consciousness.
I am merging my divine feminine essence and my divine masculine essence.
Now circulating,
Growing and flowing in balance,
Peace and unity.
Now I am the embodiment of love and consciousness.
I am choosing to stand in the flame of courage.
Courage to speak,
Courage to act,
Courage to let go of people,
Places and things that are not aligned with my highest purpose.
Courage to attract into my life people,
Places and circumstances that is in full alignment with my highest purpose and the highest purpose of every soul involved.
Now I choose to receive with gratitude.
I choose to give with unconditional love.
Emotions are my best friends.
All of them.
They tell me the truth like it is.
If I don't feel good,
It reflects to me that my consciousness is focused on things that are not in alignment with feeling good.
They tell me when I need to readjust my focus and my actions towards learning,
Healing and growing.
I am listening to my emotions with the same attention and compassion as when listening to someone I really care about.
I am willing to change emotional responses that are not working for me anymore.
Many low vibrational emotions that show up again and again in specific situations are there to heal.
They are begging me to learn what they have been trying to teach me for weeks,
Months or even years.
Emotions are like little children.
They just want to be seen,
Heard and understood.
I choose to listen.
I choose to learn.
I choose love.
Now I am grateful for all my emotions.
Forgive me for not listening.
I love you.
I thank you.
I am consciously choosing to trust myself.
I am trusting my inner voice even at times when it's not completely logical.
Life isn't logical either.
I am easily discerning between the voice of my ego and the voice of my soul.
Life is in a constant state of flow with an infinite number of realities waiting for me to connect with them.
My higher self speaks through my mind.
I listen with calm,
Ease and detachment.
With detachment comes clarity.
My expanded consciousness holds the space for higher guidance to flow through.
My mind and heart treat each other with love and respect.
I are sacred partners working together for the highest good of all.
Dear inner guiding voice,
I am open,
Willing and committed to listening now.
I am so grateful to have you in my life.
I am anchored in the loving wisdom of Gaia.
I ask for guidance.
I receive guidance.
I am one with the one heart consciousness of the universe.

Wisdom and light.
I am a spark of universal intelligence,

Trust is flowing joyously and abundantly in my blood,
Nourishing every fiber of my being.
I am aligned with the abundant flow of life force.
The truth in my heart is pointing me in the right direction.
I am grateful to my heart.
Now I am forgiving myself for all the times I haven't listened.
My heart has been speaking to me all my life.
Somewhere along the way I learn to listen and rely on my head and the thought fields surrounding it.
I picked up on beliefs,
Rules and opinions of others and many of them have become my own without my consent.
That is just the way life works in the three dimensional reality.
But now I am conscious.
I am awake.
I am aware of the fact that I have 100% responsibility to reprogram my mind and heart with new empowering beliefs,
Rules and opinions that support who I choose to be and how I choose to live.
When I live in trust,
I begin to connect with knowing.
Knowing is the heart of truth.
I am humbly inviting knowing into my life at the pace that I am ready for.
The more I am courageously and confidently acting on my intuitive guidance,
The more clarity I see,
Hear,
Feel and know.
I am connected and aligned with higher guidance.
I am so grateful for this precious moment of my life,
Listening to my body,
My emotions,
My mind and my soul.
I am the light of the heart.
I am standing firm,
Strong and bold in the flame of freedom and truth.
Thank you universe for supporting me always,
Showing me the truth always,
Giving me what I need always for the sake of expanding in consciousness and expanding in love.
I open my heart and allow universal intelligence,
Wisdom and love to speak through me now and for all days to come.

It's all a journey of awakening to love and consciousness,
