So just take a moment,
Get comfortable,
Maybe turn off your cell phone,
Shut off devices,
And just settle in and release.
Finding a position for your body that you can come to complete comfort,
But you're not quite so comfortable that you'll fall asleep.
It could be seated on the floor,
Sitting in a chair,
Lying on your back,
Whatever feels right to you.
As long as you can breathe without anything getting in your way,
You can relax your body,
It works.
And just begin to slow down and bring your awareness to your breath.
Always focusing on the simple,
Effortless inhales and exhales as you move deeper into relaxation with each passing moment.
And now begin to feel the breath move into your entire body.
When you breathe in,
The breath moves in through your nose,
Spreads down your arms into your legs,
Moves up to your face,
Sending nourishment and love to these places.
And just let the entire body breathe.
When you inhale,
The breath moves all the way through you,
Moving nourishment and love to every single cell in your body.
When you exhale,
You release tension and discomfort from your body.
Inhaling,
Letting that nourishment and love spread,
Exhaling,
Releasing tension and letting go.
And now as you breathe,
Begin to move the breath into your mind.
Inhaling the breath into your mind,
Clearing away all fogginess,
Negative thoughts,
Busyness in the brain.
And exhaling,
Letting go of all that mental gunk that needs to be wiped away.
Inhaling,
Bringing clarity to the mind,
Exhaling,
Releasing and letting go of that negativity,
That fogginess,
Just that mental gunk.
And now begin to move the breath into your heart and soul.
Inhaling the breath goes right into your heart and soul,
Filling it with love,
Gratitude,
Vitality and lightness.
Exhaling,
Releasing all the things that make our hearts and souls heavy and worn down.
Inhaling,
Bringing in that goodness,
That light,
That love into the heart and soul.
Exhaling,
Getting rid of whatever is making them feel heavy and worn down.
And now allow your breath to flow evenly,
Not sending it to any particular place or area but just letting it flow,
Allowing yourself with each passing breath to become more at ease and more at peace.
And at the top of your head,
See a ribbon of any color that you want,
Any color that feels right to you that represents healing and safety.
See this colored ribbon at the top of your head and slowly watch as the ribbon begins to wrap around your body.
Starting at the top and creating a safe and secure healing cocoon around you.
It slowly wraps all the way down your body.
Watch as this colored ribbon wraps around you.
It's not tight,
It's just creating a safe little cocoon,
A space where no harm can come to you and your healing can be done.
Take your time relaxing and watching as this ribbon wraps around your body,
Creating your safe little healing cocoon.
Now,
Taking your time completing the wrapping of this ribbon until you're safe in its comforting shell and you're completely surrounded by this healing ribbon cocoon.
And now bring your mind to the thing you'd like to heal today.
State your intention clearly.
In your mind,
Say something like,
Today I wish to release the frustration from my heart or today I ask for help in healing my back pain.
Set your intention clearly and then feel the pain or discomfort,
Not for too long,
But just feel it for a moment.
Located in your body,
Identify what it feels like and just bring that image to your mind.
And now think,
What remedy do I need to heal this thing?
Don't overthink it.
What healing do you need?
Do you need to lift it up,
Chip it away,
Wash it clean,
Drain it,
Shine a light on it?
Let your intuition guide you.
What do you need?
What remedy do you need to heal this thing?
Then in your mind's eyes,
See this remedy being applied.
Watch the healing happen right in front of you and feel the pain and discomfort being removed from your body or your heart,
Wherever it is.
Take your time.
Watch and feel the healing happen as you just relax,
Breathe and witness the magic happening within your body or mind or heart from the safety of your ribbon cocoon,
Knowing that as you relax,
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just recognize that you've drifted and returned back to your body and return to your healing.
Letting that remedy do its work as you sit back and relax and let the magic happen.

Now,
Take a moment to let any last little bit of healing that needs to happen happen.
And then return your awareness to your breath.
Just find those easy and simple inhales and exhales,
Allowing them to wash away any last bit of gunk or residue that you might have.
And thank your body for the healing that it just provided you.
And notice how you might feel now as opposed to the beginning of your meditation.
And tell yourself,
I am healthy,
I am balanced,
I am whole.
Knowing that deep within,
There's no magic happening,
But just your own personal power and ability to heal.
Take peace in knowing you can return to this safe space,
This healing ribbon cocoon,
Anytime you need to continue your work or continue your healing.
And take three deep cleansing breaths.
Just breathing in through the nose and sign out through the mouth.
Begin to reawaken your body just by feeling all the points where your body meets the floor.
How your clothes feel on your body.
And then begin to wiggle fingers and toes to slowly reawaken.
And then when you're ready,
Just blinking your eyes open and continuing on with your day.
