So let's dive right in we're gonna start this meditation and before we begin the practice Pick something that you want to heal So set your intention just pick one thing.

It can be different every time you use this meditation But right now take a moment set your intention and ask for any help that you may want or need for your healing Whatever that means for you Once you're clear on your intention state it clearly in your mind and send it out into the universe And begin to breathe Just check in with your breath Soften your belly Relax your jaw Let the area behind your eyes become heavy And just let that breath flow Continue with these slow steady even breaths Just follow the breath as it moves in through the nose Down the throat to the lungs on the inhale And then watch it naturally reverse itself and move back from the lungs throat and out the nose on the exhale Follow this breath as it dances in and out of your body With each smooth and effortless inhale and exhale Now in your mind's eye Visualize a white light shining down on the top of your head As it shines down on you watch as this light creates a cocoon of light all around you Keeping you safe,

Protected and calm Continue to breathe visualizing this light surrounding you and allowing your body to come to a space of deep rest and relaxation Maybe you can even feel your body going to sleep while you keep your consciousness awake Now in your mind's eye Now bring your attention to the part of your body that you want to heal See this area in your mind's eye As you continue to breathe,

Send the breath to this area surrounding it with oxygen and nourishment Keeping those slow,

Steady,

Effortless breaths,

Sending them right to the area you're healing And allow that oxygen and nourishment right to that space Now in your mind's eye Now as the breath continues to flow,

Visualize this area healing Watch the body regenerate,

Maybe inflammation goes down or tissues are restored Maybe bones are being rebuilt,

Whatever it is Watch your body's own natural defenses go to this area and begin the healing process physically in your body Your body knows what to do and it is given all the nourishment and energy and oxygen that it needs as you breathe in and out deeply Continue to watch this happen in your mind's eye over and over again as you breathe Sending oxygen and nourishment right to that part of your body And as you breathe in,

Kind of And as you continue to breathe and watch this healing process,

If the mind wanders,

That's okay.

Just gently bring it back and continue to visualize the healing process while you relax in this bubble of light and breathe.

You don't need to do anything.

The body knows what to do.

Just breathe,

Visualize and let your body do its thing.

Let that flow.

You you And take a few final moments watching your body heal And tell yourself three times my body is healing and it knows what to do you And take a big deep breath in through the nose and exhale,

Sigh it out through the mouth gently begin to reawaken by wiggling fingers and toes and just know deep down within you that your body is being taken care of it is healing and it will happen the way that it needs to Thank you so much for joining me for this practice you
