So take a moment to find a position that feels good to your body.
Doing any last little bits of adjusting or shifting.
And take a moment to pause.
Pause from trying to improve yourself or fix something,
Make things different or prove yourself.
And for these next few minutes together,
Just let yourself be here.
Let yourself be who you are,
How you are right in this moment.
And if it feels good.
You can take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just remind yourself that you are enough.
It's okay if it doesn't feel that way right now.
But it is true.
Now bring your awareness to your belly.
And as you breathe,
Feeling the natural rise and fall of the belly.
As you breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Feeling the natural rise of the belly on the inhale.
In the fall of the belly on the exhale.
Take a moment to check in.
Notice how you've been speaking to yourself lately.
Not with judgment or expectations,
But just taking inventory.
What sort of things have you been saying to yourself lately?
And just notice those thoughts.
Maybe it's.
.
.
Thoughts like I should be doing more or I should be further along.
I'm not good enough.
I'm not sure.
And again,
Without judgment,
Just notice.
Be curious about how it feels in your heart and in your body to constantly measure yourself up against some impossible version of yourself or comparing yourself to others.
And now imagine you're taking all of that and just setting it down for a moment.
Maybe you visualize packing it up into a box or physically setting it somewhere that's not by you.
Taking all of that and putting it down.
Pay attention to how your body responds when you do that.
Make note if anything shifts or changes or softens or feels lighter.
Sometimes it feels good to let go of what you've been carrying around.
Now tell yourself three times,
I do not need to earn my worth.
More time repeating this three times.
I do not need to earn my words.
And imagine that all the things you've been carrying around expectations,
Responsibilities.
Self-judgment comparison.
Dissolves and disappears.
And underneath all of that.
You see yourself You see your worth,
How whole you are.
And you can see that the person that you are today right now is seen now.
Nothing needs to be added or removed.
You're just enough the way that you are.
And as you take a few slow,
Deep breaths.
Let the words,
Let the feeling of knowing you're worthy and whole and enough to settle into your body.
Just to be present.
Like a little seed being planted that will continue to grow well beyond.
The practice.
Now taking your hands,
Bringing them over your heart.
Imagining that little seed that you planted beginning to sprout and grow.
And as this seed continues to grow,
Your feelings of worth being complete and enough grow as well.
And ending this practice by saying something kind to yourself.
And wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Opening your eyes,
Maybe moving the body a bit.
Thank you so much for doing this practice with me and I hope you have a beautiful day.
