We'll begin as always by coming into a comfortable position.
Just taking a moment to allow your body to settle into stillness.
Whether you're lying down or sitting up,
Maybe you're curled up in your favorite spot.
There's no right or wrong way to be here in the moment,
So just do what feels good.
Closing down the eyes if you'd like and taking a big deep breath in through your nose and an open mouth exhale letting it all go.
Let's do that again.
Inhale through the nose,
Feel that big nourishing breath inside of you and exhale letting go of tension,
Self-doubt,
Any need to be something but yourself.
And let your breath find its natural rhythm.
Smooth,
Slow,
Steady,
Effortless inhales and easy exhales.
And then turn your awareness inward like you're turning down the volume from the world around you and turning up the volume on your own internal voice.
Just noticing anything you hear within.
And now imagining a soft golden light glowing right in the center of your chest.
It's this golden,
Bold light of confidence right within you.
It's a light of knowing,
A light of your power,
A light that you're not worried about letting others see or seeing in yourself.
And with each breath see that golden light grow a little bit bigger.
Inhaling,
That golden light grows bigger.
Exhaling,
Releasing any self-doubt or insecurities that don't belong to you.
Breathe in your truth.
Breathe out your old stories.
Breathe in your power.
Breathe out your uncertainty.
Breathe in your confidence and breathe out your self-doubt.
And now tell yourself three times,
I am worthy.
I trust myself.
I let my voice be heard.
I believe in myself and my ideas.
I am confident in who I am and what I do.
And feel those words really settle into your heart,
Allowing them to become your truth.
Continuing to focus on that golden light,
Bring to mind a moment where you felt proud of yourself,
When you felt confident.
It could be from something big or small,
When you were young or recently.
See yourself in that moment,
So capable,
Radiant,
Confident,
So sure of yourself.
And allow that version of you to expand,
To get bigger,
Rising up inside of you,
Expanding through you.
That version of you is not a memory.
It's who you are.
That version of you is still there.
It always has been.
So calling that confident version of yourself forward.
Letting that feeling of confidence anchor down deep into your being.
And taking a big,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Sighing it out through your mouth.
Beginning to reawaken.
Coming back to this space in the moment.
Thank you so much for joining me for this practice.
