Just take a few seconds to let your body settle.
We'll begin by taking three deep cleansing breaths.
Inhaling through the nose and open mouth Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Letting go.
Do that two more times.
Let go of any tension or heaviness as you bring yourself into this moment.
Checking in with how you're doing right now today.
How is your body feeling?
What thoughts are you having in your mind?
And what's happening in your heart right now?
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Place your hands gently over your heart,
Feeling its steady rhythm,
The quiet strength that sustains you.
With each beat your heart gives you,
It's offering you love,
Energy and life.
Just take a moment to simply appreciate that.
Now begin to think of something or someone you're truly grateful for.
It could be a loved one,
A special memory,
A small little moment of joy from today or this week.
Allow that feeling of gratitude to grow within you,
Warming your heart like the warm rays of the sun.
As you inhale,
Imagine this warmth expanding,
Filling your entire chest.
As you exhale,
Allow gratitude to flow outward,
Radiating this gratitude,
Kindness,
Appreciation within you and all around you.
Continuing to breathe,
Inhale gratitude expands through your heart and exhale it moves out,
Radiates out of you and swirls around you.
Doing this a few more times as you tell yourself,
I am grateful for this moment.
I welcome gratitude into my heart.
Gratitude fills every inch of me.
Let these words settle deep within you,
Allowing your heart to be open,
Full and grateful.
