So when you're ready,
Begin by physically preparing your body,
Maybe allowing the shoulders to soften.
Unclench the jaw.
Find a tall spine and allow the abdomen to relax.
Rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap.
Palms up if that feels okay to you.
Now close your eyes and allow your breath to slowly bring you into this moment.
We'll begin by awakening your energy through alternate nostril breathing.
So in a moment we will be using our right hand to open and close our nostrils so we can alternate which one we're breathing in and out of.
And this is a practice that clears the mind,
Brings balance to it,
And will start the activation of your third eye.
So taking your right hand up towards your face,
You'll use the right ring finger to plug the left nostril.
Then you'll inhale through the right nostril.
Use your right thumb to close the right nostril and exhale out of the left.
Then inhaling through the left nostril once again.
Ring finger closes the left nostril and you exhale through the right.
Let's do another round together.
Inhale through the right nostril.
Plug the right nostril.
Exhale through the left nostril.
Inhale through the left.
Plug the left nostril and exhale through the right.
Continue this at your own pace.
Allow this breath to clear away any mental fog and bring clarity to your mind.
As you practice,
Bring your awareness to the space between the eyebrows,
Your third eye center.
Notice any sensation,
Warmth or tingling that begins to emerge here.
As if it's a light bulb that is turning on or warming up,
Focus on the activation and sensation at the space right between the eyebrows as you continue with a few more rounds of alternate nostril breathing.
Completing whatever round you're on,
Letting your hands float down to rest in your lap or at your sides.
And just allow your breath to return to a natural rhythm,
Simply noticing any sensation here.
And now bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
And imagine a soft pearlescent ball of light resting at your third eye center.
Like an opal shimmering with blues,
Purples and silvers.
This light radiates softly,
Pulsing with energy.
With each inhale,
This light grows brighter,
And with every exhale,
It expands outward,
Forming a beam of luminous energy extending from your forehead like a guiding light.
And as you focus on this space,
Notice any sensation that begins to emerge here at your third eye center.
As if it's a soft pearlescent ball of light resting at your third eye center.
And imagine a soft pearlescent ball of light that is turning on or warming up as you continue with a few more rounds of alternate nostril simply noticing any sensation here.
And imagine a soft pearlescent ball of light that is turning on or warming up as you continue with a few more rounds of alternate nostril Radiant energy.
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself,
Stating each one three times.
I am connected to my intuition.
I trust my inner wisdom.
My intuition speaks clearly and I listen.
Feel these words vibrate through you,
Activating the deep well of wisdom that is always within.
And now allow yourself to simply listen.
Your intuition is always speaking to you,
Guiding you,
Whispering truths beyond logic.
Maybe a thought arises,
A feeling,
A sensation.
There may be nothing comes just yet,
But that's okay.
Simply remain open.
Listen,
Trust and receive.
Now take a big deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through an open mouth,
Thanking your intuition for always guiding you,
For always being there.
Slowly begin to return to your body in this moment.
Returning to the here and now with the clarity,
Insight and deep trust in yourself and your intuition.
