So we're going to dive right in and just start by coming to a comfortable position.
One thing that I do want to note is I'm going to do my best to try to remember to put time stamps in the show notes now so if you are ever listening to an episode again and you want to skip the intro and just go right to the meditation,
I'm going to put in the show notes exactly the time the meditation starts.
So go ahead and just find your comfortable meditation position.
So just maybe sitting down,
Lying on your back,
Whatever feels good.
Just create a long spine.
Let the shoulders slide down your back.
Just begin to turn inward,
Allowing the external world to fall away.
Just bringing your awareness from the outside world and what's happening all around to the world that's within.
Just moving inward,
Checking in,
Checking in with your body,
Your breath,
Your emotions.
How are you doing this morning?
There's no right or wrong answer.
Just be honest with yourself.
How are you doing?
Now take a minute to stretch or move anything that might still be a little bit sleepy.
So for me,
Sometimes I like to roll the shoulders or stretch from side to side.
So whatever you need to kind of get the sleep going.
And then find a place of stillness.
Just allowing the breath to move smoothly in and out of your body in a nice,
Steady,
Smooth,
Effortless rhythm.
And then just let the breath flow.
In a nice,
Steady,
Smooth,
Effortless rhythm.
Just finding that full breath in and a complete and total breath out.
Allowing the breath to begin to circulate through you.
Letting that air wash over your body and through your mind,
Clearing away any mental fog or sleepiness or sluggishness.
Allowing each breath to wake you up further and bring life and energy into your body and mind.
Just taking those big,
Full breaths in and out.
Letting that air move through you.
And as you breathe,
Feel the cloud of sleep lift off of you.
Just welcome in the possibility of a new day that's approaching.
Maybe feeling a little bit of excitement for the day or gratitude for the fact that you're alive to see it.
Just letting the breath flow.
Full breath in,
Complete breath out.
Letting the air circulate,
Washing away that sleepiness,
The mental fog,
Becoming more awake and energized with each and every breath.
And now breathe in the day.
Breathe in that light,
Fresh,
Cool air of the morning.
Feel the morning air on your skin.
Maybe if the sun has already risen,
You can see the light passing through your eyelids or you can feel the sun on your body or warming up the room.
Still sticking with these big,
Full breaths.
Just allowing the oxygen to pass through your body and be absorbed into every single cell.
Awakening it,
Clearing it,
And energizing it for the day ahead.
Awakening it,

Feel the possibilities.
Anything can happen today.
Feel the magic.
Anything can transpire in your life today.
Feel gratitude.
You have been given the gift of this morning,
This life,
And this breath.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel the love of the universe around you.
Feeling it around you,
Feel it swirling within you,
And pouring out of your heart and out into the day ahead.
Feel your power.
There is nothing that you can't do today.
You feel all of this,
This love,
The possibilities,
The power,
The gratitude.
It creates this radiance that shines from within you and pours out into the world and the day ahead of you.
You are ready,
You are awake,
You are energized,
And you're absolutely glowing with your internal spark,
Your hunger for the day ahead,
The magic within you.
Just continuing to let the breath flow,
Taking full breaths in and complete breaths out,
Letting that oxygen pour into every cell,
Every fiber of your being,
And letting it flow out.
And complete breaths out.

Making you feel more ready and awake and energized,
More optimistic about the day ahead.
Just letting that air flow,
Letting it pour through you.
Continuing to fuel that internal spark.
Just let that breath flow.
And take a moment to set any intention you'd like for your day or if there's anything you'd like to manifest for the day ahead.
Just take that,
Plant it on your heart,
Send it out into your day.
And then tell yourself,
Today is going to be a wonderful,
Magical,
And incredible day.
And begin to reawaken just by gently wiggling fingers and toes.
Taking a few big,
Deep,
Easy breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and sighing out through the mouth.
And then when you're ready,
Blink the eyes open and go take on that day ahead.
