Keith’s mission statement is: “To guide others to discover freedom, abundance, and love, through yoga, meditation, and human connection.” Keith has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011 and has led several teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, and festivals internationally, co-authored a yoga book and has online classes featured on YogaDownload.com. Wherever a student is on their path, Keith encourages students to allow the practice feel good in their bodies, and his practices strike a balance of mindfulness, and presence. He believes meditation can help us live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
